And then ramming of the laterite for proper settlement and we are set for GERMAN FLOOR. Ofcourse with our damp proof membrane to prevent rising damp phenomenon.

NOTE: DPM absolutely important, if you must avoid rising damp and its resultant paint flaking effect as well as foul odour. If you miss this, you can only surface dress at best. The only solution will be demolition. Remember, if the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do? DPM dont cost much. Its waterproof nylon and if you even have to cover the entire floor area, you cant spend up to N50k on it. So, why not?

Hello designlanders, we promised to update with some site pictures of a twin two bedroom flat for a nairalander sometime ago, but the client has been gracious enough to do a review[a positive one at that], while we were busy on site. We are so grateful for that. We will be posting site progress pictures now for the benefit of those who do not like following links, hoping you will one day join the list of our satisfied clients.
