Please assist analyse this somewhat complicated situation and give your best scenario advise towards PR. Reading through previous responses shows they are far more concise and direct than Ai/online searches.

Intended primary applicant =
38 years, Lawyer with 14 years experience. Worked with a Law Firm for about 10 years but no payment trail as salary and other commission entitlements were either paid cash or through personal account of Principal partner. This small, reputable firm is ever willing to provide reference/attestation/documents to back the job, including court case files bearing names.

Registered and Started own Law Firm past 4 years, representing clients and other law firms; has bank account in the firm's name but no strong financial flow as payments were still either going through personal accounts or cash, until months back. However, some payments do pass through the Firm's account. Has never gotten Tax Clearance Certificate, but is planning on getting one soon. They can get attestation from 5 or more Clients and Law Firms who they have worked for, with evidence of Case representations.

Got on the PR planning recently and started Early Childhood Teaching months back. Completed PGDE and TRCN, currently working and receiving Teachers Salary for the past months, prior to the Certifications. Practicing as a freelance/self-employed Lawyer while also teaching in a school.

Has LLM Assessment, taken CELPIP and averaged 11. Completed French class with AF attestation, hoping on B2 TCF minimum competence soon.
No profiles created yet, but the intention is to present both as a lawyer and a teacher.

Spouse has M.Sc, CELPIP 9 average, age is 39 years, 14 years works experience with multinationals very well documented.
They have an expired EE profile of 2019/2020 and a previous denied Study Permit profile, all aligning with same profile as at then.

The challenge is how to PROVE acceptable/paid work experience for primary applicant in light of recent developments and heavy scrutiny after ITA? Since there wasn't strong, consistent financial payments in the past.

The niggling question is..
If level 7 staff will see 23.3% increment on their salaries due to the new minimum wage as agreed by both parties on Wednesday, will it be calculated with their basic or the total take home for the month (basic plus allowances)?

This need to be cleared to know if this much debated new minimum wage is anything to write home about or not.

can we get opinions on this?

Allowances are in percentages of the Basic Salary. Hence wherever you apply it, (basic or consolidated) the result will be roughly the same.
