Thats all u need except u want to braze the side of d roof to make it look beautiful abit if not dis is not necessary.

This is used for casting of foundation of building or to set peelers that will hold the 4 corners of the building and roof so that breeze won't make ur roof disappear during rain fall or something lol....

5 cement...

Please cement is important plz don't buy many once, buy as dey are using because the tin nor dey scarce ask d bricklayer how many he need for tomorrow assignment he will tell u den u call for ur guy to deliver the exact number...

You see wen people are about to buy a land what they always ask is oga d thing get CFO lol...

Let me explain

There are 3 types of documents that serve same purpose.

A. CFO
B. Government Consent
C. Gazette


A. We already known what CFO his..

B. Government consent is a paper issued to the community that d government will not or never construct anything on that land or area (roads or something else) but wen government wake up one morning and decide to do something there den d community or the land owners will be compensated because na government bridge agreement lol..

C. Gazette is a large area or forest that people don't go or leave in but dew to civilization and expansion of the country or state government will issue or grant approval for that land to be occupied so if development increases and government decide to construct a road or market in that community den anyone affected will be compensated by d government because that gazette covers him or her...

1... LAND:

You see land to so many people is a big problem especially.

The only 3 ways to buy lands are

A. Free from government
B. From community aka Omonile (tout)
C. Buy from real estate agents...

From government only wen u are top nigga or u help dem fight to win election..

Buying from TOUT is simple just no d right person that is there baba alaye that i ruling dem then u are safe...
