regardless of the condition I have very high libido and high testosterone levels so a week without sex or masturbation then that's all I think about, I been dey dispise myself for it but it just built up guilt, anxiety and self doubt so now I own it with my full chest, I'm stopping porn gradually as I don't watch it everyday and only just by mistakes maybe once in a month or twice then I move forward. Not been easy as I moved from watching hardcore nasty porn to how I am now that sometimes just an erotic comic could finish me off. Very soon I won't be using it as I also have a weekly routine for watermelon and tiger nut but thanks either way

Try doing exercise every day for the next few months. Mostly planking, squats and reverse planking with little aerobics.

I suppose SA has a different meaning for a 'win'.

There is something strange about some white worshippers though.
First, they don't consider Russia to be white, they support and defend everything it does even
when there is nothing to gain from it.
Secondly, they allow their white population(a mere 7%) to control 60% of their national economy
even though they have the political power to change the status quo.
What do you call someone who leaves their main detractor(the whites), the whites and chose to exclusively
fight a circumstantial ally of the detractor.

This is essentially the current state of SA political consciousness.
SA forgave their tormentors, the Afrikaners, you forgave the countries which funded the groups
for decades.
In fact, you recently welcomed one of the Afrikaner's royal relics with paparazzi and fanfare.

But you chose one tiny country, the one with the least influence on the historical apartheid to
focus your aggression on and use it to divert attention from your economic failures.

In Nigeria, if SA was a person, we will consider them to be under a strong spell.

Lol you have given this nigga a knockout. He doesn't know that white worshipping is a term exclusive to those living with white people.

Dumb him calls everyone that doesn't agree with him white worshipper.

Youโ€™re missing my point
That hospital and all the other good things couldโ€™ve been done through the colonial government , not the church.
Read my first post on this thread. Why were the good benefits like hospitals , schools etc packaged through the church instead of the government if not that it was intended to separate us from our traditional religion and culture

They knew very well that it was not religion that transformed their own societies so why did they sell that idea to us ?

You are still mixing things up. Why wait for government when the missionaries were here way before the colonial government.?

What is wrong with converting to christianity for them to wait for colonial government to build those vital infrastructures. Or do you think the colonial government had better intentions than the missionaries. No they didn't, they did us bad compared to the missionaries.

Who stopped the traditionalists from killing twins, using human sacrifice to bury kings, attributing strange illnesses to curse(they actually cured people of some of them, while some of the missionaries contracted some of the diseases and died from them but it didn't deter them).

Who taught people how to read and write,? Who actually sent Our fore fathers to Europe to train and come back to help. Who went on to adopt the outcasts in the society and made their lives better. I don't know where you are from but if you are from southern Nigeria, you should've come across schools, hospitals, churches and other institutions established by the missionaries.

So if you are still slow to understand things, it was because of these good works that made our forefathers embrace christianity. This was because christianity then was devoid of violence, killings, extortion and fear which was what the traditional religion offered them most of the time. If it were you won't you port.

And yes Christianity transformed our society because most of those barbaric practices were stopped by the missionaries. If you say christianity was bad, traditional religion was worse.

You can actually attack the colonial government because all they did was loot and create problems for us......

But what did the foreign religions do for them ?

British also conquered China and ruled Hongkong for 156 years .

They ruled the whole of India for almost 100 years

Yet these two nations stayed with their Buddhism , Hinduism, Taoism, Sikhism etc

Don't confuse colonialists with missionaries.
And you can't really be asking what the Christian missionaries did in Nigeria.

The hospital I was born was built by the missionaries and is still standing till today.

Like OP said, it was because of their great works in Nigeria that made our forefathers abandon their religion.

Forget about what the Nigerian Christians are doing today, that was not how the missionaries started it.

there's no state that doesn't have these fantasy drainage of yours but my point is that due to our poor maintenance culture it will eventually get filedup and abandoned by the relevant authorities . The manjor disadvantages of this covered drainage is that it's difficult to take off the covers to desilt the refuses.

Oga stop capping thrash. So because it's difficult to desilt drainage we shouldn't upgrade to modern cities.

They should do it first, you are not the governor nor the contractor yet you are worrying about how to desilt drainage when it hasn't even been covered.

People that are doing it don't have three heads.

There's nobody that will make the drainage to look like New York cos even the so called ministry of environment are benefiting from the rots. When it's sanitation days , go out and clean your drainage .

And I never said it should be like that of New York, although it's not a crime if it's like that. We are not animals but humans. New York uses deep under ground sewage system but this is just a simple drainage with cover.

Even Awka Millennium city has it stop condoning mediocrity.......

Nothing concerns corruption with this, there's corruption but they are constructing roads, they should have left the roads because there's corruption.

If they could do road with walkways, there's nothing stopping them from covering the drainages up. It might just be that it didn't cross their mind. It's just for the Governor to tell the contractor, this is what I want, they will implement it.

Hell Kaduna, Jos, even Enugu has some roads like that it's not rocket science......

The disadvantages of these slaps far outweighs the advantages especially in Nigeria where maintenance culture is an eye sore. I bet you in two years the entire gutters will be filled with sand and refuse and government hardly desilt it so it's better they keep it open or partly covered

There's nothing like disadvantage or advantage here, we should make our cities look modern. This is even the simple underground drainage. Cities like New York and Chicago use more complex ones.

If it fills up, it should be desilted just as they desilt the open ones.

Supposed difference ofcourse for both new & old cities. Lets just hope somethinig like this for Awka 2.0, Onitsha 2.0 and the upcoming Industral Cities.

Actually there's nothing difficult in achieving this all round the city, the drainages should just be reconstructed to fit in the slabs......
Politics / Re: Using Slabs As Drainage Covering. A Message To Soludo... by Starcrest1: 12:25pm On Nov 29, 2023
Soludo style lol, he needs to do better........you can't be using road space for walkway......

He can actually tell the contractor to make the slabs longer so it could be placed parallel to the drainage channel. This would mk the work faster......

At least all the intra city roads should be covered.

The holes on the slabs are for easy opening in case the drainage is stuck so it can be cleaned.....

I'm posting this here specifically because of what Soludo is doing in Anambra. I don't know wether black man is cursed or they can't reason with their head because this is not a matter of innovation as this has been there all along but still we fail to use it.

How can Soludo use the scarce space for road and be doing walkway and still leave the drainage open? So he cannot see how it's done in other countries even developing ones?.

He should use slabs and cover the drainages thereby creating walkways and saving space. If correctly done,
then there wouldn't be need to construct new drainages each time they want to reconstruct the road. Pictures on how it's done below.....

If the Hamas attack justifies these attacks from israel, then Palestinians have earned the right to completely wipe out Israel due to all the deaths caused by israelis

Do you know how many Palestinians israel killed since the beginning of the year before Hamas attacked?

It's pointless pointing out herdsmen attacks to me, I don't justify unlawful killings by whoever and I'd rather attack the Government for failing to protect victims of attacks

Lols you don't know what you are saying. Who has been firing missiles from Gaza to Israeli cities, do you know what would have happened to Isreal without the Iron dome?

Do you know that Palestine would have ceased to exist if Israel fires back the same amount of missiles to them.?

Isreal is even trying to obey the rules of engagement by asking civilians to leave before they attack. Have you seen Hamas doing the same? Rather they attack and kill both civilians and military.

But then Isreal can never totally avoid the death of civilians because Hamas mixes with them.

God knows if anyone touches even one child of mine I'll eliminate his entire family. People should bear the consequences of their actions.
