Hello guys another lockdown is looming around and my phone is still on transit since Feb looks like I go open dispute.....

Imagine as how severe this Coronavirus is in the US, their post office is still running.

I asked someone who is in the US whether their post office is on lockdown and she said, ' no, what if we needed our mail? Post office can't be shutdown'

And down here in the bush, we are copying others and we can't copy well.

Didn't it occur to NIPOST I and other Nigerians will be needing our mail?

The last time I checked, Coronavirus don't last long on mail. How did I end up in this part of the world for Christ sake?!!

But it has been initiated... 3-20days i will receive my 7780 Naira back.. also they gave me a bonus of 7500 Naira in coupons eligible for 3months ( i have planned what to use it and buy and i just need to add 3dollars ). Equivalent to the amount i bought that goods.. they did that to compensate my patience and all the 60days i waited in agony...the sad part is that I don't need that goods anymore...cos i actually bought it here in Nigeria...so after refunding my money, they went ahead to still give me coupons equivalent to my money too... finally they told me to watch out that the goods would still reach Nigeria.. that once it reaches and i am being contacted.. that i should still go and collect the Xiaomi airdots.. i told them its wrong.. they replied that cases like this.. during this covid19 that they have it all planned out.. that i will be lucky to have my money back, with my goods and i as well have the coupons. They said the seller still got his money..tho.. that this is on AliExpress for not updating my goods...cos as long as the seller shipped it out of china.. he would get paid.. so as i am.. I'm jejely waiting for the airdots and my refund has already being actualised.. my luck!

I understand u bro but in life u gat to be honest I can't plan to have both the goods and phone at the same time its not fair God sees every thing.

Ask him to extend the protection by 30daysdue to the COVID-19 lockdown here. It's only reasonable cuz NIPOST isn't working and I blv manpower at IMPC has been reduced too.

The coronavirus affected everywhere and its affecting us more here hence the delay and extension in buyer's protection... Just be patient, when the country settles itself a bit and post offices opens, they would call us and deliver our parcels....

But is it normal to still be dispatched to overseas since 19 Feb is has not even land in 9ja.

Please guys am new to this aliexpress stuff I have ordered a phone since Feb 12 still on transit the seller extended the buyer protection till 10 of this month now I hear post office are on lock down and I don t want to open dispute coz I need the phone and it has Even top money in the market now please I just want to kW my chances of getting it this week with all this baria at hand

I ordered xiaomi redmi note 8pro from Mi store on 9-01--2020 ,I've virtually waited and the last tracking information stopped on 21-01-2020 stating that it has been dispatched to oversea postal Admin. Since then no update, I even checked Nipost and all I saw was "Singapore - SO5- Qtb. So I waited till this month and contacted MI store and they pleaded with me not to open dispute, that I should rather exercise patience. No the big stuff here is that my Buyers protection ends on 9-03-2020 what should I do?
