The adverts need to be discouraged, it will usher in an era of civil service corruption and stealing of public funds by govt employee in a magnitude never seen before.

Civil servants should be allowed to own business, play politics, vote and be voted for , they just need a leave from work to be able to do that. Civil Service should not restrict people from pursuing their other dreams.
