Beverly is looking really chic today, I have to compliment her again. cheesy

Melvin and bimp want to know who looks older. Melvin feels he does look older, bev and jj think otherwise.

Elikem has been called to judge, he also thinks bimp does. Melvin still no wan agree. He said maybe its cos of his hair cut. Elikem said his pink lips makes him look younger and he has a baby face. Bev says he looks like he's not grown.

Verdict- melvin loolks younger than bimp.

lighternote: there's no sort of xter biggie ll not bring into d house. baby mamas, baby papas, retired runsgals, tired dj, tired musicians/ actors, disillusioned hustlers, even ex convicts n drug addicts, except for a few sane minds like melvin, one can conclude that biggie's house is not normal peeps. of course, though interesting, it isn't where I wld like to find my child. choi!
If we are to judge hms sanity based on the categories in your post, melvin isn't also sane cos He falls into one of the categories grin

safarigirl: According to Feza, Nando is a former drug addict..(Why am I not shocked..and maybe he's just on suspension..lolzz) like her brother
He was indeed a former drug addict. And his role in yesterday's rehearsal as one was too convincing.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 2:14pm On Jul 24, 2013
Smh..little does oneal know that nando's team don't give 2fecks about his team and whatever they are up to. He thinks they are worried about his team and they keep coming to the girls in his team to try n know their story line. He thinks they find him being in that other team intimidating. He also thinks his team is a little too laid back and he doesn't know what to do about it. Beat them up, ode!

Arrrggg...someone can continue. Oneal sucks!

Carry over update.

Late into the night, feza raised her concerns again about the females in the house, she complained about their hygiene and said the females in the house are the 'messiest', that they don't clean up after themselves. Talked about them leaving their make up all over the bathroom. Pastor joined and said most of the females are interested in just waking up, taking their bath and making up to look pretty and receive compliments and lazying about. The funny part was pastor going as far as dissing their make up purses. He said their make up purses' zips are all worn out. Hohoho.

Feza was in the kitchen cooking and briefly enlightened us and demonstrated how one should learn to clean up while cooking and not be like eveva who leaves the whole place messy just because she's cooking.

Diary sessions now - angelo.

And just when I thought of giving the oneza's group a chance to watch their rehearsals, biggie has decided to mute them for the past 10minutes or thereabout. No sound is coming from channel 197..
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 1:35pm On Jul 24, 2013
I'm feeling nando big time *in pokello's voice* for this task. He's taking charge and I'm enjoying and feeling his creativity.

And melvin has got some nice, kissable lips..hu la la.. cool

Bev's looking hot and clean today. Me likey!
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 9:53pm On Jul 23, 2013
Oh my days...I'm laughing real hard at the sight of feza reading the bible to her hubby. Camera just focused on them briefly.

Hours ago, feza told sulu she doesn't know what africa wants because of bassey's exit. She feels africa will be too vain keeping people in the house because of their looks. She said she knows she's very beautiful even though people don't tell her that, she knows. Said she feels there are still may ppl in the house that don't add any value to the house. Said other mumu things I can't remember.

Then another scene was she sitting with cleo outside, I don't know who initiated the talk but I just switched to see them both talking about the little rift between them. I think it had to do with feza thinking oneal and cleo had something in the ruby because when hakeem was swapped to diamond, he kept on saying he wasn't sure oneal wouldn't be hitting on his girl cos he (hakeem) sensed a connection between them (oneal n cleo) their first few days in ruby. Cleo explained herself that oneal never hit on her but both of the had a connection initially and people around then tried to hook them up, her brother sulu topping the list of those people that attempted to influence her to be with oneal.

They spoke about hakeem's first swap to diamonds and bla bla. Then cleo referred to one saturday night when she and oneal were talking outside with her hands on his shoulder. Feza came over and said something to oneal which cleo "saw" (but didn't hear) and later asked oneal what it was about and if it had to do with talking with him. Oneal told her not to worry that it wasn't about her. What feza actually said that night to oneal was that she doesn't want that beetch (cleo) around him. Feza did not say anything about that or attempt to clear the air but ignored it and blamed her memory loss on alcohol. They talked about needing God, and so many other mumu talks and then They stood up to go in to eat, hugged and feza said she likes the girls in the house presently cos they are not bitchy. She said the bitchy ones have left (fatima and pokello).

Next, feza is found upstairs on her hubby's bed( after gathering information) whispering into his ears and I could make nothing out of the conversation.

miss sparkle: What does cleo mean by naija put her up 4 eviction?? What sort of rubbish is dis!! Neither bev nor melvin have never nominated ha sorry ass, anyway I don't blame demn I blame our stupid reps that have gone there and refused to sit down and strategize..#rubbish
They have both nominated her twice. I wonder why she concluded they nominated her this time around though, probably cos she nominated them too.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 6:20pm On Jul 23, 2013
The end was really tragic. For a moment I thought I was watching nolly especially when melvin read out his letter and the friends were humming 'amazing grace'. Bimp is a good actor too, he played the doctor role. I give them 9.8\10...

Can someone give an update on the 2nd group? Are they doing well too?
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 5:38pm On Jul 23, 2013
BonnieCita: They used Cleo cuz in the final scene, the lead female character is meant to cry ( weep terribly) when she discovers the guy gave his heart to her and they all felt Cleo shud act dat part because she knows how to pour at those tears at will.
Interesting. I hope cleo's tear glands don't fail her left eye this time around.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 5:35pm On Jul 23, 2013
sholay2011: SOM...how u dey? I really like you your comments on this thread. Keep up the gud work. And pls update more...lol.
Don't tell my you have not been watching your larve acting? You should consider featuring her in all of your clips *hides*.. I'm fine dear..and I'm really enjoying this week's task. The grouping made it sweeter cos I can watch all my favourites together.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 5:24pm On Jul 23, 2013
^..okay..she's doing it well though.. I love these guys... All of them cheesy. I haven't watched the other group's rehearsal..I'm that biased cheesy.

languys69: Cleo looks like an igbo girl and she's very pretty. I could have liked her more if she came with a head-full of hair. grin
Lmao..she has a really pretty and cute face with a charming smile. I also don't dig the bald view of her head, the other view makes more sense or when she's on wig (usually for eviction). She'd have been more catchy if she came with a head full of hair like you said.. That was really funny though.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 4:54pm On Jul 23, 2013
This group is really cooperative and I'm really enjoying their rehearsals. Its so cool. I'm still wondering why cleo is playing this role though, thought dillish would, but they are really playing their roles well. @furk, you should watch it and get a lil of entertaining melvin, lol.

Bev's role is her kinda person, the bitchy I don't care friend and she's playing it well, nando is quite creative I must say, I'm enjoying his directing skills, dillish too just knows how to play that love struck housewife role well, I enjoy watching her. Sulu the bad guy\hubby role is on point. Jj is such a good and natural actor. I'm yet to figure bimp's role. And angelo is quite good with concepts too.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 4:25pm On Jul 23, 2013
@safari, was dillish's role changed? I thought dillish was supposed to play the role cleo is playing now initially?
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 4:14pm On Jul 23, 2013
ItsModella: choi!! grin grin

@SOM, in regards to Feza not looking at the camera in her diary session today, does she ever look at the camera? I have always her considered her to be really camera-shy, she hardly looks at the camera when talking.
True, even oneal didn't look into the camera today, so I guess that doesn't count, but she really looked very uncomfortable today. She made her bed that way though, she should peacefully lay on it.

In order news, daddy oneal para-ed briefly about the hms playing too much with the props they were given. I think one of the props got 'broken' but bimp said it was just a screw that got removed and that he would fix it.

These adverts are getting too much, like its every 30mins now, and the cobra taps advert is just annoyingly funny. The only housemate that won't be evicted ko..nonsense, lol

safarigirl: Who's watching O'neal's diary session?

I swear this guy is a sadist...Biggie just asked about his relationship with Feza and he said she's very 'submissive' compared to how she was previously (wtf, is she your slave?)

When you see people like O'neil, they give you an idea of what slavery must have been like.

Doesn't matter what deluded fans of Oneza say, this right here is the REAL meaning of an EMOTIONALLY ABUSIVE relationship
I tell ya...I'm still yet to recover from his session. "She's now more submissive than she used to be, she tries to change herself to please me"

I'm sorry I can never see any good in this guy. No wonder he has been off relationship for years. He's got the most irritable characters a human being can possess. Even his tone and method of passing an info across irks me.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 3:12pm On Jul 23, 2013
Is anyone watching feza's diary session? If she actually set out to play oneal, I'm afraid its not working for her anymore. She's lost and totally under oneal's control\ shackles. She's so uncomfortable with the relationship but can't set herself free anymore. She's really confused and big brother made this diary session of hers about herself and oneal. She did not have any eye contact with the camera all through her session because I believe she's not proud of who she has become. She also feels she's vulnerable and that oneal is being too hard on her.

Even biggie is trying to slap her back to reality.

Biggie is trying for these housemates this season honestly, he has apparently seen through oneal a lot and is trying to make feza regain her lost senses. One might say its really not his business, but for some reasons, I like that he's always there for each one of them when it comes to encouraging them and making them feel he has their backs.

I know Feza without oneal isn't a really 'good' person, but I think she's worse with this demon called oneal.

Btw, is this oneal's second session? I thought I read one here earlier?
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 12:30pm On Jul 23, 2013
@ geez prince, mevlin and beverly both speak igbo, so no, melvin doesn't just nod in agreement.
You are the one quick to term any comment about melvin as hating like you expect everybody to have the same opinion about melvin. The issue came up because some also complain when the others speak vernacular, while our peeps are doing the same thing.

Pages ago, furk came here to complain about feza and nando speaking their language and bev's pidgin too.

As far as big brother is concerned, english language is the only accepted language because these other hms do not understand pidgin no matter how similar we think it is to english. Just try and understand the line of someone's argument before tagging them as melvin haters.

I'm personally not bothered since biggie has refused to strike any group for that, they might as well continue to have their fun in any language.

Btw, dillish is forcing melvin to smell her armpit and his boooobs are all over him. Hohoho
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 11:41am On Jul 23, 2013
Thank God for today's task. At least I can focus on a channel to watch all my favourites. There is no 1 I can stand in that second group. I won't even be watching them at all.
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 10:48pm On Jul 22, 2013
Annabel is so paranoid, I can see paranoia written all over her,.. She's just trying to stay strong and console herself that she's not scared. None of them wants to become the next natasha or pokello.

She's trying to sell herself to africa that she's not cocky. She said natasha got to a point she started getting really cocky and overconfident saying she wasn't going anywhere, same with bolt, but she is not overconfident.

I'm afraid annabel, you are most likely going to be the next natasha\pokello...
TV/MoviesRe: Big Brother Africa "The Chase" Official Thread by StateOfMind: 10:22pm On Jul 22, 2013
See how nando is breathing heavily cos he's sorting things with dillish. Dude is so immature and confused.

I so love dillish right now, been liking her for the past few days now and I'm adopting her as a favourite...she's so sweet and mature kiss. I like!

So these peeps touch booobs jokingly while bathing..na wa o, steven pele o cheesy ..
