There are sites approved by CIC in which you can apply for your gcms note but you have to be a Canadian citizen or a somebody living there to apply.
Also there are third party sites where you can apply, they help u to apply but will cost more. Google can get you started..

Meaning of GCMS note---
With the ability to see what the reviewing officer has written on your file, GCMS notes are the only accurate way of providing an applicant with the in-depth view of his file, thus enabling the applicant to be well informed of the status, or take pro-active steps as needed.

As for requesting for the GCMS notes,they can mail it to you I think

The 5m wouldn't have sufficed you both,thats why there was a red flag there

Actually, for the sponsor, it was our Mum’s pension account that we intend using, with my hubby being the co-sponsor. The duration of my program is 1 year.

The profile seems good. My curiosity is who was the sponsor for both of you and how was the financial strength of this sponsor? Also, are you earning in the labout market and how did you demonstrate this, do show your BS? How long is the duration of your program? It will be better if you go for a PGD/C than a Post-Secondary Diploma, only if you don't have clear reasons for the choice program and/or if you can't demonstrate the significance of such program towards a progressional career path.

Be as it may be, try to inquire if your prospect DLI offer a PGD/C in your desired course or something related. Don't rush to seek for refund or take certain decisions in regards to your application without proper inward assessment.

However, not notarizing documents for Canada SP is optional except if the situation of a document calls for it. This is not the case as most applicants whether successful or delayed didn't notarized.

Lastly, even if the GCMS notes is now often generic, request for it before refiring. It may just come different with answers.

BTW this response is also applicable to your sister.

(bear in mind,he still need to have money left to take care of himself and kids)
5.you said estate worth 11m and current bal is 5m for you and your sis(that 11m needs to be in an accessible acct,(yet to be paid is not good tbh)
What is the net worth of the estate?Get a doc for that

I’m grateful for this piece.
For the study progression, I’d get a refund of the fees paid and reapply for a masters or PGD that relates to my previous degree.
And as for the funds, I’d do as you’ve rightly said.
As for the employment, I got out of a job last Dec as it was the end of the contract employment as a graduate intern in an consulting (accounting) firm which I included in my LOE but didn’t submit any evidence such as employment letter to proof as I felt it wasn’t strong enough and moreover I was out of the job before submitting the application. Tho I just got anoda with Zenith but I’m not sure if I’m to upload that as the job description doesn’t align with my previous degree and current professional exam (ACCA).

* Sworn Affidavit of Change of Name

But I am worried coz I got admission for a post secondary certificate course in buiz Administration and not PGC (and of which I have a B.sc degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and I’m at the skills stage of ACCA; all these declared in my LOE).Please would getting a refund and applying for a PGC be the better option or to defer?
2. After the refusal, one of my hubby’s friends said one of the reasons I got refused was coz I didn’t notarize all of the documents submitted. Please, how true is this? So that I’ll have to notarize when next I’m reapplying.
3. Please I need your directions on the next steps to take people as I am confused on wat to do��

Let me rephrase my question: do I have to notarize all of my documents to be used for application? This is because I got a refusal on the 11th and this was one of the reasons that someone mentioned as I didn’t notarize any of the documents I submitted.
