Dividends
In recognition of our Company's outstanding performance, the Board of Directors paid out an interim dividend of
N10.00 during the fiscal year 2024 to reward our loyal shareholders for their continued trust and support.
Additionally, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend payment of N26 per share, which would
translate into a total dividend payout to shareholders in 2024 of N36 per share.

Please I was paid a large sum of money from flour mill around November last year. But in my portfolio with my stockbroker. My flour mill shares is still listed.

Please confirm was it for the delisting scheme arrangement because the delisting was affected and payment was from December 2024.
And if it is then it is for your stockbroker to update and edit it out from your portfolio. In my case shortly before l was paid my portfolio was updated and it was edited out of my portfolio. Note l was paid end of January 2025
