Well,why I visit this thread is becos of the smooth route that TB offers... this is the difference.... if u can clearly let us know the process and if they can be as smooth as TB...otherwise let's keep enjoying the established smooth route in this thread..

There's nothing like naija factor there sir. You're conducting your own business. The government is not involved. Just get yourself a good lawyer experienced in things like this.

And about the issue of money.. There was this land somewhere behind Abraham Adesanya. 200 Acres in total. In this area, the cost of survey for a plot of land is 1M. You can imagine how much it'd cost to sponsor 200 Acres. A plot of land sells for about 15M also in the area. So the family allowed multiple people to sponsor the survey. Someone did 50 acres.

So it all depends on your pocket.
