PropertiesJane Uchendu Is After My Life Over Properties - Chibuike Raises Alarm. by SteveSol(op): 8:18am On Nov 20, 2023
Chibuike, son of Late Ikechukwu Ozoemena and Chinwe Vivian Ozoemena cries out over the threat to his life for fighting to take control of what belongs to him and siblings. The 19year Old recounted the trauma faced and ill treatment melted out on his mother and siblings after father’s death.

Chikaodili Jane uchendu, brother chukwuma Sebastian Ozoemena, Ifeanyi Chuwku Eze( cousin), other extended unknown cousins from Ichida Aniocha Local Govt in Anambra is being alleged to have attempted a transfer of all Late Ikechukwu Ozoemena’s properties by all means necessary including a court order in agreement with the Kindred to Jane’s name leaving the children out of their father’s properties and proper care.

Chibuike said his father died in 2021 while he was still in SS2, he had plans to spend the holidays with father( Ikechukwu) as both parents were temporarily separated not divorced and lived in different places. He revealed that the circumstances surrounding his father’s death was very suspicious. Mr Ozoemena, Chibuike’s father had a maid employed by sister(Jane), shortly after the employment Ikechukwu fell ill as his body started shutting down out of strange weakness, when it got worse Jane alone took him to the hospital without telling either the wife or anyone at all.

Instead Jane hurriedly went to his business place asked the secretary for money to pay surgery fees for brother( the dieing Ikechukwu). All was done in absentia of Mrs Chinwe Vivian Ozoemena his wife yet Ikechukwu’s family was aware of a reconciliation plan between the two as they weren’t divorced , they only needed to stay apart for a while due to irreconcilable differences orchestrated by the sister Jane at that time.

Chibuike said they only knew about father’s death through hear says, unconfirmed information and rumours which was unfounded as at that time because Jane was bent on not telling anyone about Ikechukwu’s condition. He said his mother was consistent with asking around which led Jane to blurt out the statement “Go and check the mortuary if you are looking for your husband”. Shortly after that his mother contacted the appropriate authorities to look into the matter, Vivian was confused as to why a man she had spoken to few days before will be dead and no explanation as to what led to the death. Both families were invited to FCID Alagbon where the case was handled and resolved on the basis of conducting an autopsy on the corpse his mother and siblings never saw.

Jane Uchendu with the support of the kindred defiled the resolution and went ahead to bury corpse without conducting an autopsy. Moreso Ikechukwu was buried without wife and children there to pay his last respect as custom and culture demands, the burial was hurriedly done in their absence. Jane Uchendu before the burial had confiscated all the properties of Ikechukwu which includes landed properties.

Chibuike said Jane upon death of brother went straight to the shops at Aspanda on a sunday, forced her way into securing the valid properties documents in the shop including cash, birth certificates, the family international passports which had visas and $700,000. She visited Ikechukwu’s residence at Raji Razaki in Festac Lagos, towed away all 7 cars which includes hilux 2019 model, lexus gx490, camry, honda accord, others cars and some more properties.

Chibuike in tears says since 2021 no one has confirmed his death to him, mum and siblings instead they see posters of him wanting to be buried like a bachelor no reference to his wife and kids like in many burial poster inscriptions. He hasn’t even seen his corpse let alone attend the burial function simply because his father’s family is bent on having all his father’s properties to themselves. Says controversies surrounding his father’s acclaimed demise is too grievious to just let the perpetrators go unpunished. Mrs Jane Uchendu and Mrs Sebastian Ozoemena should be held responsible of concealing the truth from me and my siblings, I demand an explanation as to why my father was buried in my absence, my father before his death had warned me about his siblings, extended cousins of their evil deeds while alive, Sebastian blurted.

Sebastian further said:

“Many unknown cousins have springed up planning on how to share my father’s property, Mrs Jane Uchendu my father’s sister had gone to probate court to give false information so as to get my father’s properties transfered to her name using the kindred as a back up. The court didn’t have an incline to verify that the company documents was in my mother, I and my siblings name to say even if he didn’t write a will, he already allocated company and properties legally to wife and children.”

Chibuike stated that father allegedly died when he was 17yrs old and none of his property proceed was used to cater for their education, says he had to stop school while attending to menial jobs to support mum, they slept in church until they had a small place to stay while Jane was busy collecting rent from his brother’s properties, the family never cared. At 19yr old, Chibuike is out to take over what they said he wasn’t ripe for, so as to cater for mum and his siblings. Jane has been plotting by ways of employing people to send death threats to his mum and siblings. They have been asked to stay away from their father’s properties otherwise face the consequences. Chibuike revealed that Mr Jim best the former Aspanda president was used as a medium to fight mother Vivian helping Jane to take over the company but the new president of Aspanda kicked against injustice and gave access for a reopen which the family finds unpleasant.

Chibuike further revealed that his mum was served a paper from probate in December 2022 claiming that the Estate they both built from scratch now belongs to Mrs Jane , father’s sister while the deceased youngest brother Chukwuma and some distant cousins will be in charge of a business that was registered in family name branded AHP, the initials of the 3 children of Ikechukwu Ozoemena is branded AHP on all the goods for sale. They went as far as inculcating forceful assertions to Aspanda authorities with a court order which was reviewed in Favour of Vivvian, Chibuike’s mother as against their wishes. The lawyer they claim is my father’s lawyer is an unknown person, the cousins we have never seen resurfaced, he said.

Chibuike stated that in the tussle, his mum was able to claim a flat In one of his father’s houses, Jane and Ifeanyi his father’s siblings through Barr. Okechukwu instructed that no rent be paid to his mum. I am calling on Nigerians and well meaning bodies to come to my aid, my family is not safe as death threats from father’s family is increasingly worrisome in the fight for my rights, he quipped.

Mrs Chinwe Vivian Ozoemena wife of Late Ikechukwu Ozoemena also affirmed that he is suspicious of her husband’s family being culprits in the demise. Says Ikechukwu was a sickle cell victim but aged above the crisis at 49yrs. He never had coughing sickness but was coughing seriously the last time we spoke which aroused some worries, he confirmed to me he was getting weaker by the day before his death. In igbo culture, the man’s children and wife must be present when he is being buried but he was buried without our consent and last rights, Chinwe said.

JasonNOTStatham:
Newbie? prepare for potential scammers. Some would claim to manage accounts, have special tools, strategy of no loss, some wants to sell their e-book or whatever to you, be very careful. Also, there are potential scam groups, they flaunt false profits and would corner you to take from you. Anyone offering you "copy trading", "account management" and "trading bot" or AI. Be careful! Some would tell you they know someone who is a boss, that someone is their other account or friend. Be careful...

First thing, get a trading app that supports demo account e.g. MT5. Next, look into YouTube for Forex terms e.g. what is pip? lot? leverage? etc, I think FXTM on YouTube have a short videos on each definition of terms. You can also google babypips, babypips is a site for learning.

Practice with the app, practice on your free time. Feel free to ask questions here and not necessarily DMs.
Thank you for an elaborate eye open advice. once again thank you!

AutosThe Importance Of Investing In Lightweight Vehicle Suspension For Nigerian Roads by SteveSol(op): 4:05pm On Apr 10, 2023
Title: The Importance of Investing in Lightweight Vehicle Suspension for Nigerian Roads

Dear vehicle owners,

As someone who has been driving on Nigerian roads for a while, no doubt, you will understand the challenges that we face with our vehicles. The state of our roads is not always the best, with potholes, bumps, and uneven surfaces causing damage to our cars. This is why I want to talk to you about the importance of investing in lightweight vehicle suspension systems to ensure that our vehicles remain durable and attractive when we want to sell them so that others too.

Firstly, lightweight vehicle suspension systems are designed to handle rough terrain and provide a comfortable ride. When you invest in a good suspension system, your vehicle will be able to handle bumps and potholes without causing damage to the undercarriage or the body. This means that your vehicle will last longer and require less maintenance, saving you money in the long run.

Furthermore, having a well-maintained vehicle with a good suspension system will make it more attractive to potential buyers when you decide to sell it. A vehicle with a damaged or worn suspension system will not only be less appealing to buyers but can also affect the overall value of the vehicle. By investing in a good suspension system, you are ensuring that your vehicle retains its value and will be more attractive to buyers in the future.

I understand that the cost of a good suspension system can be a concern for many vehicle owners, especially in a country where the cost of living is already high. However, it is important to consider the long-term benefits of investing in a good suspension system. The cost of repairing or replacing a damaged suspension system can be much higher than the initial investment in a good system.

In addition, lightweight suspension systems can also improve fuel efficiency. By reducing the weight of the vehicle, the engine will have to work less, resulting in improved fuel economy. This means that you will be able to save money on fuel costs over time, making the investment in a good suspension system even more worthwhile.

In conclusion, investing in a good lightweight vehicle suspension system is essential for any Nigerian vehicle owner who wants to ensure that their vehicle remains durable, attractive, and comfortable to drive on our challenging roads. By spending a little more on a good suspension system, we can save money in the long run, improve the overall value of our vehicles, and enjoy a comfortable ride.

Thank you for taking the time to read this short epistle, and I hope that you will consider investing in a good suspension system for your vehicle.

Sincerely,

TravelRe: Japa Nairalanders, Let's Discuss. by SteveSol: 4:09pm On Apr 02, 2023
studyless123:
That's it. A change in location should accompany a change in behavior. I know a number of women who desire to get married but their issue is the man will change once he comes here. My next question is what are your options?

consider this.

When foreigners get married to Nigerians, the marriage tends to lasts longer compared to Nigerian couples. Eg In 2014, I linked up 8 USC with Nigerians that ended in marriage, all are still married. That same year I know 5 Nigerian marriages that only 2 are still couples today. While that is a personal observation, you will agree that we tend to have a higher tolerance towards our foreigners spouses which we don't exhibit toward our Nationals.

We create different expectations. We shy away from having meaningful and sometimes difficult discussions during courtship.

Honestly I would expect my spouse to change if I brought her from Nigeria but the real issues are the men need to change their "orientation" and the women need to "understand" their men.
link me up too, hahaha na linkup so. on a serious.
