I own this property for sale I'd like to dispose of. It's located in the heart of Agege/fagba and couple of blocks away from Sina Peters house, right by the railway. The dimensions measure about a plot and a half (1.5 plots).

We ran a poultry farm here several years ago and had security and staff in a 3 - room bungalow, situated in the middle of the property (see pics below)

After 4years of consistent blackberry and Nokia use, I picked up my first Android OS phone last week. My choice The new Samsung Galaxy Ypro duo. Asides the unique features of touch-type and dual SIM functions, my rational for the pick was getting anywhere close to the QWERTY keys I almost can't do without (result of consistent BB use)

Interface is different, however unique. But it stands clear as much better in certain ways. From speed, to apps and the ever absence of hanging/freezing, one can't wonder why samsung is the second globally purchased phone and fasted growing mobile market today

my cousin was denied a visa today. He applied to visit Baltimore as a tourist, having mentioned that even though his brother, who's also a US citizen resides in South Carolina- he'd rather spend 10 days in maryland (where he'd visited as a kid)

Please I'd kike to know the procedure for filing an appeal. Also, which is effective- pushing through an attorney here, or incorporating his sibling in US to fortify this suit. Thanks

~ Call of Duty is used also/I got Battlefield Bad Company 2 as well, for the same price

~ And NO, I havent PES 12. Ppl dont play those anymore. The lot moved on from FIFA10

Sincere advice to you is. . . . scrap the thought of the Goldwing and dont fall into the trap of the chap that bought a Yamaha FJR Automatic as his first bike. FJR weighs in at a princely 270kg! ! ! !
My bike (2008 Yamaha R1) weighs 186kg (dry weight) and up to 200kg with oils, fluids and petrol. This is considered a lightweight bike as it is a thoroughbred track bike and sholud be so to be able to attain speeds of nearly 300km/h.

Now the Goldwing? That's another story entirely. You need at least some experience to be able to even sit on the Goldwing and keep it upright! I am not kidding

As a first time rider, I recommend the Yamaha FZ1 (1000cc) or the FZ6 (600cc). They are street fighers and are very good as first bikes.
Do some more research in terms of the above and let me know what your take is

FZ6 or FZ1000 aren't 'Streetfighters' oh! They're conventional 'Road Bikes'.

And did u just advice the dude that the 1000cc is a "good first bike"?
