Business / Benefits Of Outsourcing Your Social Media Marketing by stewie(m): 2:50pm On Apr 17, 2011
As Chief Executive of any blue-chip enterprise who wishes to extend customer reach and consequently gain products and services promotion through the former, would you do this yourself when you can, and when you are very much able to trust a dedicated and a genuine Social Media and Digital PR expert like [url]Advoco Digital[/www.advocodigital.com] to do this for you?

Can you really be “friends” with the magnitude of literally, a hundred thousand followers? No; of course not. You don’t have to really be friends with them. Business is not about that type of intimate friendship we know of. Business is business, so we say. Friendship in business means taking care of your current customers, and creating awareness to the uninformed ones about what you have to offer.

Comment by Mr. Mark Harrisson himself to the post of Olivier Blanchard in his blog The Brand Bulider entitled Stating the Obvious:

The long and the short of it is that, actually, a company can successfully outsource the handling of client relationships in social media. We’ve got years of results and clear facts that show it. I know it offends your theory pretty directly, but the facts are facts, and it simply works – often better, and at lower cost than companies trying to handle the social media work in-house.

It’s good to draw up guidelines to help companies find their way in this new landscape, but when reality runs counter to the rules you make up, you have to adjust them accordingly. The fact is that the real world results show your rule #2 to be incorrect. so you should adjust that.

This is the premise that gave birth to Social Media Marketing, and outsourcing this to an experienced and a true blue expert like Advoco Digital is the best thing any dreamer can do.
You can do in-house Social Media Marketing yourself; you can also be good in it, too. But there are people who are already better in doing this stuff, and the experts in Abraham and Harisson are some of (if not already) the best among them.

Yes, some companies should consider doing their social media in-house. They should consider doing the search and hiring process, finding the techies, communications people, creatives, project managers, researchers, division executives, and perhaps foreign-language specialists to do the all the work. They should consider what it will take to train up all these folks and build out the infrastructure to support them. They should consider the timeline for all this to take place before they have a complete, coherent, effectively-functioning team in place, and the budget that build will take. They should consider the opportunity cost of the opps they are missing while they are pulling themselves together, and the risk that even with all this budget and effort, they don’t really know if the team they assemble is actually going to be knocking it out of the park when they finally get to work.

And, as an alternative, they should consider simply hiring an agency like ours for probably less than the cost of the one top exec they’re going to hire to spend all this budget to build up a new team. Then they know they have a team with a well-proven track record.
And… when it’s outsourced to an agency like ours, the risk is vastly lower. You know you have an effective team from the first day, and if one day the company decides they want to bring it in-house, they can call up and say, “Hey, it’s been great… we’re not re-upping the contract.” and they are free.

Outsourcing your Social Media to an agency solely dedicated to online and digital marketing is just about the best option there is. If you are sailing your way through the murky flood of competition, adding additional passengers to your Ark will just put you at the risk of sinking to abysmal depths. Social Media outsourcing agencies like Advoco Digital are the lifelines that save you when you call SOS. They make your customers happy. Happiness means satisfaction. Happiness and satisfaction means trust, and trust leads to loyalty. Yes, these can be attained in the hands of outsourced social media firms; and look, the fireworks spell R-O-I

You see, President Goodluck Jonathan may be a conservative, well mannered politician and not ‘pushed’ into power by prospective stakeholders or benefactors, as commonspeak will have it. He may not have ranted his vision for 2011 presidential polls, after the sad death of his predecessor; but he definately did not “doubt standing for April 2011 elections” as the ever controversial wire Wikileaks published.
Your Social Media Presence is better when it is outsourced to legitimate and trusted agencies like Advoco Digital. It’s all about fitting the right figures in the shape sorter of Social Media PR.

Advoco Digital is Digital Public Relations & Entertainment Marketing outfit poised to change the Brand Management rouitine; with the infusion of cutting-edge digital and non-conventional media. Largely, we service our clients at the intersection of Technology and Entertainment.

Her prescence and performances are more in US and Canada; however heard she's due to launch her debut album in Nigeria mid this year. Can't wait!!!

basically depending on how much you have got it is advisable to get a mac because it is now industry standard, you might get a professional job and in the office they use macs, they wnt have the time to give you training so instead they`l replace you immediately.
it is also handy to know abit of logic or pro toosl again this are industry standard also cubase and ableton live knowing a little about other DAW will increase your chances of getting a professional job or getting signed.
you need an audio interface like m-audio for recording vocals so you want get delays. studio monitor are flat and it helps you hear the sound exactly as it is played so when your music is being played on a radio or in a car it sounds exactly the way you mixed it.

hope this helps though bless

Donpuzo:

To setup a studio, the first consideration should be the size of the studio and its standard, as in we talk about home project or proffesional,

Anyway Nigeria has only 1 or two proffesional studio, internationally speaking,

Ok next is costing, as in for setup

Here are the basics for a standard studio to be able to make award making beats

1. A proffesional sound card like Creative sound blaster Xfile, or C-Media sound card
2. A sequencer like A Midi Controller Lets say Roland A-70 (Best ever created controller as cheap as hell)
3.A 32 CHANNEL MIXER (This is the standard mixer for production studios, but come to think of it how many instumentation is going to be played aint even up to 16)
4. A desktop system of about 160gb and ram of 1gb is just perfect
5. A preety software like Cubase, (Producers abroad have used it to win grammies and will still, so forget the hike on protools)
6.Voice editing softwares, thats if you choose to own a voicing studio in addition to a sound production (cause throughly most tracks even internationally are voiced at other studios with better or best voicing equipment)
7. A voice booth ( Choice of size is solely according to fund available notesadA one an voice booth can produce better voicing that 30 man booth if well used ( Afterall the voices can enter seperate chanels and still be mixed TOGETHER even if an army of 100 choir wants to sing TOgether, but basically the larger the best
8. Good management,

Donpuzo ( Young Don Records)

Don Puzo,

how may i contact you to advise further

I'm open to flexible figures beyond or below this benchmark; meanwhile, will be equally thankful for other suggestive properties/areas featuring comfort and easy access to expressways (LAG/IBADAN especially)

Many thanks!

Please, has anyone information on the VFS global site? I made a payment for visA 24th December, 2010.  ever since then, I try to schedule an appointment as instructed but cannot seem to go beyond the available dates page. The term in red "No Available dates" and only available option button is the 'exit' tab. Please check http://www.usa-vfsglobal-ng.com/applnforms/purposeoftravel.aspx to confirm this,

I've however filled the Non-Immigrant Visa Application form on http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html . Is the VFS Global website on recess (due to holidays) or just a malfunction? I'm beginning to feel I'm the one who doesnt know my way around this.

Please help

Dear poster,

From my experience, I know that attitude by description. Take it or leave it, she's most-def seeing someone else (maybe not tired of u though) however, u myt wanna hold on or handle the case's left to you.

If u doubt me, test her by saying you're fed up & want out, she myt react slightly, like "why, what have I done?" but eventually, gleefully walk. Believe me, this has nothing 2 do with ur affording her or money. Mere adventure many females, like we males myt wanna plunge into.

As a man, you can show your might in 2ways. An outright quit, or try save what is your "nearly marriage" regardless of how far she's gone with ur new 'helper'

Best'f luck mate!

Religion / Re: Natural Disaster Will Soon Hit Nigeria - Adeboye by stewie(m): 7:27pm On Mar 08, 2010
Nothing more to say,
Fear God, do his prophets no harm (slandering inclusive)
it's a VERY fearful thing to fall into the hands of a living God

In my humble opinion, if Pastor Adeboye uses a private jet, I believe it's only to enhance effectively, the missionary cause to which God's sends him, world over. If he were to use protocol an book tickets in various local/intercontinental/international airlines as busy as his ministry might be, he might not be alive today.

Also, the traffic on the expressway, however horrible and frustrating, is not his making or plan. I'm a witness to his efforts to ameliorate these anomalies by commissioning car parks, road diversions, highway marshals to control traffic etc (sadly, situation hasn't changed much)

Lastly, whether it happens eventually or not, this is a call from above; a re-occurence of the old testament's Noah's ark or Sodom & Gomorah, it will cost us little or nothing to unify and pray against it, turning from our evil ways. Has any one ever taken time to find that Haiti's the only country with Voo-doo as official religion? Other countries facing such 2day may have had thier own warnings and reclined.

Please desist from this blasphemy and utilize Nairaland for what it is intended,, to build a better Nigeria
