I almost died in the same swimming pool twice and once in a local deity river in another far State in Nigeria that I'm not even their tribe,,

Farouk is not the problem. How many years has farouk been in that position ? How many years have our refineries not been working. Farouk was still in school when our refineries stopped working.
Dangote wants to monopolize the whole energy sector of Nigeria, or at least have everybody answerable to him. This from a security standpoint is not a wise idea. There should be open channels for petrol imports. These channels cant be kept corruption free. But there should still be open channels. There is no country in the world that buys its petrol from one private business man !! The minute you hand over the power in the energy sector to Dangote, he will raise the prizes of petrol and look the other way. If Dangote is producing Petrol at a good price, why is he worried about levying the importers. Its a free market.....all goat sellers should bring their goat to the market and the buyers will decide who is selling at a better price. But dont tell us to levy some goat sellers,so your own goats can appear cheaper. Thats doesnt make sense.
He is just using Farouk as an excuse.

Please, I am more enlightened to be deceived by the monopolistic card play on Dangote because he has never stopped anyone from establishing the same business.

Dangote has been the only private business man to tackle the cabals in the petroleum sector by establishing the business in Nigeria instead of establishing it elsewhere and work with Farouk to support importation.



When you fight corruption, the same corruption will fight you back!!

You said Dangote is angry that Farouk opposed the 15% import tax duty on importation of refined products just because he wants to monopolize the petroleum industry?

Our refineries have refused to work because of corrupt people like Farouk who wants soft landings for fuel importers than making local refineries work so that we will even forget about importation of fuel.

Na we get this crude oil for God's sake!!!

So Farouk wants a lower tax on importation of refined petroleum products so that Nigeria, a country that is richly blessed in the same petroleum resources, will be solely dependent on imported petroleum?

Farouk is against that high import tax because he is also part and parcel of those importing the fuel to the country at the expense of the masses as against the drive for functionality of our refineries that has been a monumental disgrace, gulping billions of dollars quarterly in the name of turnaround maintenance that hasn't yielded anything other than embezzlement/corruption.
