Building a residential apartment for commercial purpose can be lucrative and it looks like an appealing investment decision but wrong decisions may cause a lot of headaches and loss. From experience a lot of investors do not really make projected profits investing in real estate. Let's look at some factors to consider when venturing into commercial residential investments.
Your investment worth/plan;
-Having a well detailed investment plan and worth will enable you make a good decision when venturing into commercial residential builds. Many investors starts a commercial build without a proper investment plan and analysis not in alignment with their investment worth thereby causing the project to stop half way ,or making the project last more projected schedule and thereby going above the budget and bills prepared initially for the project.
Know the market fundamentals.
-Having a good understanding of the legal implications, competition, tenants, rents e.t.c will allow you to make smart investment decisions that brings in high returns.
Location! Location! Location!
-Choosing a good location is essential for a successful commercial residential investments. Choose your location where your building can easily be seen , consider vehicular accessibility and also consider foot traffic. Look out for trending tenants requirements in that particular location before engaging your architect .
Demographics.
-The overall local population should show a reasonable growth trend when deciding on your next commercial residential project. If the numbers of residents are diminishing ,it means the area is headed for a downturn and this can only mean your property will most likely be vacant at most times.
(To be contd..) |

We have different dreams and desires in our homes, some prefers the flat roof design while some prefers our designs to be pitched. When we design we give present advantages and disadvantages of both roof designs. High pitched designs comes with more thermal efficiency than that flat or mono pitched roof designs though the former is lesser in construction cost. Though flat roof designs are less expensive to construct but they require frequent maintenance when compared with high pitched roof. We gave our client the advantages and disadvantages of both type of roof and he was able to make a good decision.

geekybabe: Okay relax. It's not that bad. You can eat white rice, boiled beans (without palm oil or pepper), amala with ewedu or okro, you can eat boiled yam , fish, chicken, and eggs has far as it's boiled. Avoid greasy foods cause it looks like your tommy is very sensitive. Avoid any form of oily foods including palm oil. Garri is rough so avoid Garry. Focus on soft tender foods. Lots of veggies, boiler plantain, bananas, and take lots of oats. Oats should be your major breakfast now. You can try yoghurt too instead of milk. When trying things, you should try in bits and see if it works. Never over eat. Eat lukewarm meals. No hot meals.
Eat light in the evening at least 3 hours before you sleep. Eat bananas a lot. My best approach to fruits is to take smoothies. I simply blend yoghurt with bananas, apples, watermelon, cabbage, and any other non-citrus fruits.
When you start to heal you can reintroduce wheat /gluten. I'll try to find links to share with you. Please try not to stress, it doesn't matter the number of meds you take, your ulcer/gastritis is worsened with stressing and anxiety. Hi Pls madam is the fermented unripe plantain still healthy to drink after d second day,d odour and taste has gone really bad after the second day.pls how healthy is the solution after the second day.have been having re occurring typhoid and malaria so am careful not to take anything that will give me typhoid again.pls advice |

geekybabe: With pain, there is a lot of things. First maybe the ulcer has h pylori infection. Give yourself time to really heal.these are times to really abstain strictly, eat fiber, stay off anything hot, warm or oily. InfAct at this point avoid gluten. Bread, wheat. Let yourself heal. With time the pains will go away. Be patient, and don't stress. Stress causes a relapse in the healing process. The pain always goes away.
After the normal 2 week ulcer treatment, you need to be very patient. Meds keep working even few more weeks after the treatment. Thanks for d response. Didn't even know wheat trigers ulcer too. What can I use to substitute wheat as I have stopped talking anything garri . What about raw palm oil. What about yam. I ate beans last week and I felt a bit of d pain so am not sure it's d cause and have not gone back to it. What about boiled egg, skimmed milk. Have not taken meat or fish in 2weeks..pls help. The unripe plantain d one I did is almost tasteless not sure I got d preparation right. Waiting for ur replies |

geekybabe: Hi everyone, I discovered a lot of people have been asking for solutions, remedies and cure for ulcer. I have some tips and advise to give as regards that. I have had ulcer for almost 6years now, and I can tell u its not been funny. Vomiting, stooling with blood, intense pains overnight, chronic heartburn, etc.
Recently I started a few natural remedies, and I have felt relief that I've never known in my life. And now I know that the end of ulcer is here!
There are a few things u should know. I have seen a lot of doctors, and I can tell u, they all prescribe the same things. Antacids, antibiotics(flagyl, amoxicillin, cimetidine, etc) or a combination of d two with omeprazole tablets (meprasil, rabeprazole, ulcertret, omez, etc). Some prescribe Ulcer kits. Its the same combination( pyrox combi, ulsa-kit, etc). They usually prescribe dis for 2wks or less, depending on the intensity of the pain.
I have taken all this medications a number of times, and though it may provide relief for a while, it doesn't cure the ulcer. The worst part is the adverse effects of taking this strong antibiotics(e.g flagyl) which leads to stomach pain, vomiting, dehydration, loss of appetite and all. Attimes it could get so bad that u just have to stop them. All this things av their own effects on the body, its more complex for us females as I discovered it affects my cycle attimes. After a while, maybe a month or 2, d pain comes back and u begin the treatment again. Its crazy I tell u. Anyways, here are a few remedies that every ulcer patient must know especially when pain becomes recurrent: 1. Stop taking fried foods( fried meat or fish, plantain etc) or too oily meals (fried rice). 2. Stay away from spicy foods( suya, pepper soup, etc) 3. Stay away from hard. And crunchy snacks ( plantain chips, potato chips etc) 4. Avoid carbonated drinks! ( Coke, malt, sprite la casera, etc). They cause a lot of pain for an ulcer patient. Take plenty of water instead, or drink youghurt. 5. Avoid mint sweets (lemon plus, peppermint, tom-tom and the likes). Also don't take garri, or rough meals like eba.
Here are some healthy things you should do. 1. Take plenty of water. Take at least a litre of water every morning when u wake up. Thus helps to dilute the acid your stomach may av secreted over nite. 2. Eat swallows more with draw soup, (ewedu, okro, etc less of egusi) 3. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. E.g bananas, apples, watermelon, avocado, cucumber, carrots and cabbage. ORANGES ARE NOT GOOD FOR ULCER PATIENTS. 4. If u can get apple cider vinegar(ACV), its good for heartburns and ulcer too. Just add like 2tablespoons of it into a glass of water. It gives relief. Research just showed dat antacids are not too good for heartburns. 5. Eat in bits. A little at a time, so ur stomach can digest it in bits. Always av snacks like biscuits, banana, with you if u know in case you are hungry. 6. Too much of some nuts, may cause pains. (E.g groudnut, walnut, cashew nuts.) NEVER eat ROASTED CORN. Its rough and can cause the ulcer to bleed, hence causing pain.
I did some research online, and I found a few natural remedies. 1. Grate like 8 unripe plantains in 4-5litres of water in a keg. Let it ferment for at least 48hrs. Take a cup at least 3 or 4 times a day, in the morning afternoon and night, and before u sleep. Its preferable if u take it an hour before meals. I have been using this particular therapy and its working wonders! Take it for like 3weeks or so. It has no side effects that I av seen so far, just adhere to d normal ulcer do's and donts. 2. Cabbage juice has been found to heal ulcers too. I tried it but couldn't tolerate it for long cos it was making me feel like vomiting. Heard its good if u blend with carrot and drink. Its should be taken instantly for best results. Don't store d juice in a fridge. It can make u stool a little, but it worked well when I used it. 3. While this natural remedies are good, it doesn't mean you should stay away from your doctor. Make sure you have a doctor that's monitoring you.
Most of all, its all this things I av written require discipline. There is nothing like a peaceful mind too. Worry less, and stay stress free. Then trust God for a good health cause he is the one who gives health and peace! I hope i have helped quite a number of people with this. Thanks. I would reply to any questions u have. Hello dear Thanks for this write ups. I just did endoscopy and the result shows healed ulcer but d pains are still coming even after taking my medications and abstaining from all these things u stated. It's been above 2weeks now since I started taking the ulcers drugs. I felt relieve for about 2 or 3 days and d pains are back.sometimes I can't eat because i end up vomiting. I started d unripe plantain this nite but the pains still there. Plz what else can I do.... |
