@Op abeg forget all these guys I ll advice u go with ur architect, some other guys will charge above that while some will charge lower than that. What you should look out for mostly is his competency and then his honesty, then you have the option of negotiating d fee he gave you.,am sure the said fee is negotiable. Then if he is not ready to accept what u can offer and u re not ready to pay his fee,You can then try some other competent hands.
And to the architects and engineers d op only requested for advice as per fee to pay, he already has someone that am sure designed d building, we all know d feeling when some other guys are trying to take over our clients..

Visit odunade market in orile, u ll get all d varieties u need. Be prepared to have a long day till u get what u want.

It gives d architect d dimensions n orientation of d site so as to enable him put some factors in shape during d course of design

4 bedroom. Site is in Benin on 46 by 100( was supposed to be 50X100 but the sellers in the community shared it any how while we were away and nobody got 50 the next compound after mine is 43 or so)

Am new on here please i have a 50 x 100 plot somewhere in Obafemi Owode,dont know if a 4units of 3bedroom building will fit in,I want to embark on this project ending of January...

Gud morning sorry for d late response, 4 units of 3 bedroom by my calculations will be too tight to fit in given d required approved building setbacks and regulations, i ll advice 2units of 3 bedrooms and 2units of 2 bedrooms

For commercial purpose you can build this 6unit of 2bedroom apartment on a 50ft by 100ft plot...
