The design was done In the past for a member here and with his permission this is being posted.

The plot is a 30ft by 120ft plot.

We have different dreams and desires in our homes,some prefers the flat roof design while some prefers our designs to be pitched.
When we design we give present advantages and disadvantages of both roof designs.
High pitched designs comes with more thermal efficiency than that flat or mono pitched roof designs though the former is lesser in construction cost.
Though flat roof designs are less expensive to construct but they require frequent maintenance when compared with high pitched roof.
We gave our client the advantages and disadvantages of both type of roof and he was able to make a good decision.
