Politics › Re: Oyo Governorship Election Results From 27 Of The 33 LGA's by stinggy(m): 1:50pm On Apr 12, 2015
Thereishel:
It is not that Oyo State like Ajimobi or because he did any good job; the strategy he used was that he refused to conduct local government elections. Ajimobi appointed his cronies in all local government as chairmen so that they can work for him to win this election.
And that is the major reason I call him a thief. Imagine not conducting election since he became governor huh The LGs are so under-funded that they can't even execute any project whatsoever, they only pay salaries. Even that illiterate - Akala funded the LGs and the roads they built still stand.
Ajimobi used all the money meant for LGs for his own projects, even at inflated prices. We will regret returning this barawo sad angry

Politics › Re: Rasheed Ladoja Secretly Refunded N500 Million Of Monies Stolen From Oyo Treasury by stinggy(m): 8:17pm On Apr 10, 2015
Validated:
Why are some Nigerians so lazy at reading? I do not see anywhere those letters and drafts mentioned Ladoja. The cheques and drafts were dated 2008 and 2013, not related to Buhari regime or election. If anyone should get credit for the refund, it should be GEJ regime as those monies were refunded in his time. Also the letter attached is from Oyo State Government to EFCC.

Question, why did it take Oyo State Government 8 years to request EFCC to furnish them who paid the money? Is the First Inland Bank still in existence todayhuh

Someone seems to be scared of Ladoja in Agodi House
Wise man, leave them to their claptrap. Day will soon break. It is Ladoja come tomorrow, a thousand Ajimobi Ajirebi can stop him!

Politics › Re: How Christians In Nigeria Elect An Anti Christ by stinggy(m): 11:34am On Apr 07, 2015
naija2dabone:
[s]Deceived by well crafted publicity stunts and a promised for a better life in an elaborate campaign tagged 'change' Nigeria Christians in their large numbers voted for a man who once promised to pursue the total and complete islamization of the Nigeria state. These are how they were deceived

1. A multi millionaire, end time 'pastor' was used as a front. This is a 'pastor' who was involved in many shady deals in the past including the Kano Pfizer drug trial case.

2. A promised of a better life: Some of the promises so good to be true and definitely unrealistic. N5000 for the unemployed, 40 mega watts of electricity, free feeding for school children, End to insurgency in two months, 4 refineries in 4 years, 3 million jobs every year.

3. Prolong propaganda:Its was a well scripted and excellently executed plan: Frivolous allegations of 'missing money' including £20 Billion, £12 Billion, £30 Trillion etc.

4. Fear of Violence: Many Christians stayed away from voting, and many other voted for Buhari out of fear of voilent repercussion should Buhari lose. There were mass exodus of Christians from the north prior to the election.

5. Sell outs: 'Pastors' and 'Fathers' were bribes in cash and promises to make various allegation against one of their own[/s]
Is Nigeria owned by xtains alone, intolerant soul?

Buhari we know.
Take a chill pill bro. It's her choice, that's the fun of Democracy. Moreover, she might not even know you exist, so stop getting too emotional on this Sir.

Btw, who wrote that release for Toyin huh I follow her on IG and I know she can't even write a 4-line update without blunders. Who did it, was it you OP? angry

Politics › Re: I Will Stop Governor Obiano From Joining APC – Ogene by stinggy(m): 8:31am On Apr 04, 2015
omenka:
Obiano seems to be a reasonable man, focussed and mature. He should remain in his party and rally men of like minds to form a strong opposition party that could mitigate likely excesses from APC.

Much as I support APC, one cannot deny the importance of having a vibrant opposition. It is the only way to deepen democracy and promote good governance.
Wise post as usual. You are one of those I enjoy reading from on this section in recent times.
