The police from the State
Criminal Investigation
Department (SCID), Panti, Yaba,
Lagos, have arraigned 30-year-old,
Adejuwon Adeyemi, before a Lagos
Chief Magistrate Court, Oyingbo,
for allegedly making a three-year-
old girl perform MouthAction on him.
Adeyemi, who was said to be
jobless, was also alleged to have
discharged his semen in the
mouth of the little girl.
He was arraigned on one-count
charge of unlawful and indecent
assault of the minor.
Adeyemi, who only holds a primary
school certificate and still lives
with his mother at 10, Walter-
Endem Street, Abule-Egba, Lagos,
was said to have tricked the victim
into his room under the pretence
that he wanted to send her to give
a CD containing a movie to her
mother.
He was said to have been on the run
way for four weeks to evade arrest
The prosecutor, Inspector Richard
Odigie, told the court that the
little girl lives with her parent in
the same compound as the
defendant.
He alleged that the defendant
forced the girl to open her mouth
and he inserted his penis into her
mouth and ejaculated into her
mouth.
The alleged offence contravened
Section 135(1) of the Criminal Code,
Laws of Lagos State, 2011.
But the defendant pleaded not
guilty to the charge.
The presiding magistrate, S.O
Solebo, a chief magistrate, granted
him bail in the sum of N200, 000,
with two sureties in like sum.
The sureties must show to court
the evidence of a three-year tax
payment to the Lagos State
government, means of livelihood and
be gainfully employed.
The case was adjourned to
September 27 for mentioning.
