in the first[/b] place but an avenue where top govt officials and cabals in govt siphon money from.. The masses have never benefitted from the so called scam subsidy and so should be abolished! The subsidy money if it waas chanelled in building refineries all these while we would ve had like six functioning facilities. Any Nigerian calling on the govt not to scrap fuel subsidy is Wicked and should be locked up in Jail
