Wema hits a new low of five month.it broke under the 1.00 level several time in past months but this time with wider margin,could this go down like unity bank ?NO.the stock has tested two support but there's no such significant drive to deliver the new born uptrend and for the fact that it's a banking stock(abode of speculators) it's finding it very difficult to think on decision(remained unchanged)the stock is not likely to dip below .85 and am expecting a counter today.it should have been on monday but it's unfortunate that the market changed hand to the bear on monday.not good for average investors though.

Nigeria stock exchange market updates.
Unity bank is trading on news and it's blank to technical analysis.it's not a suprise that there's no significant forces behind her move despite the impressive result of half quarter year because institutional investors are buying now characterized with moderate vol and sharp up movement.there's assurance that the stock would be relatively unavailable now and at this price, the stock may shed price soon and bounce up again as the news is still fresh in air. My take is this,since the stock does not trade in dusk like josbrew and champion,institutional investors would soon offload as proved by some immortal trend pattern analysis and with such a stock with bail-out mindset of large group of shareholders.the stock should come back to 0.60 and probably below after some weeks to this time.
Abc is behaving as it's expected,it has just finished a complete wave and it's tempting potential investors into buying.the real support of this stock should be 0.60(50% retracement) but with the fundamental strength of this stock and new laudable initiative in preventing death and injuries in transportation biz,a buy at 0.70 is suggested and the profit will not come soon as the trend should experience serial lows and highs.
Ubacap seems to be responsive to a slight low below 1.30 when the right support should be at 1.20(still considering the strength in the belt hold)or 1.10 in order to secure a net cover but since it takes more caution to buy in the bearish market than in the bullish market,i think it should be let go.#dont forget the nigeria stock market is not bullish yet,take caution and be expecting promising bullish season more than the 2012 season in 2014

The bulls dominated this stock in the month of may and june with significant increase in stake till the end of june when the stock traded at a high of 13.80 as a result of moderately attractive dividend. After the close of registrar book, investors spontaneously reacted to dump their shares but it was noticed that value investors held their breadth and after a twenty percent splash in price and almost sixty percent withdrawal of prior money in flow, the bulls resumed again and the stock on an average of approximately seven million till the end of the month of august with the money in-flow on a pace till the end of the month when investors lost their purchasing power. many technical indicators showed that the stock was overbought but this was as a result of buoyant price inclination of prior price;making adjustment on this,the stock was in strong bull on a long term.The stock maintained her strength and the price advanced in pertinent and correlation to the total market growth.Examining the stock price based on the long term approach,the bounce that occurred towards the end of april ended the sideways that started in february and it was a variation of the third elliott wave and dow analysis which made the stock to rise from 7.00 to 14.00 and closed at 13.00 after that, 0.318 fibonacci level set in and ended at 10.00. The bear was unable to drag the price to prior support at 9.00 and the bull took over with a full counter that engulfed almost 8% loss of immediate prior loss.looking at this on the short time frame,the stock bounced like a budha but it was going to be the last wave and more that 18% gain should not have been expected if an investor entered correctly on the bounce spot.the price behaved exactly as it should although it should have risen to 14.00 and at least closed at the price to end the bull session but the total market was in strong recession which made it to reverse at around 12.50.#CONCLUSION#
A dip below 10.00 could only have worth a good buy deal for investors.the average volume since the middle of august showed a weak strength and the stock may not hit 11.50 on the short term and with 9.1 entry price of investor i've had on my record,moderate gain and exit should be the watch word.interested long term investors of this stock may hold and buy below 10.00 and both the shorts and the longs should be preparing to exit especially if the stock hit around 13.00 spot but if the market fails to hand over to the bulls before the end of the year,it may be a suprise that........

Eterna and conoil would not be on the watch list because they're tagged in some previous posts and may not follow firstbank too as i've not been a fan or follower of it for some years now but i've not removed it as am planning to consistently follow few stocks of major portfolio of our family members here.

HONEYwell has been trading on sideways for almost three months after the stock was over priced at 4.00 in late june.in early july,the stock hit another support point at 2.90 and traded below the lower band on that same day;this was followed by the activeness of the bulls with the three day daily volume parallel to the prior bear session; At this juncture, i foresaw new monies flowed into the stock and on an increase note despite the weekly swing in price till the middle of the month of august when investors started withdrawing money from the stock (coupled with the conviction of the volatility lost as a result of departure of foreign investors to investing in improved european bond ) and this was supported with decrease in daily volume and cumulative weekly volume that was the low of the whole third quarter of the year and beyond.
CONCLUSION
A strong reversal in the food and beverages sectoral indices and the total market is the only driver to paddle the stock price above #3.15# on the short term as the stock still remain a toast in her sector.

Am deleting eterna and costain and dangsugar,honeywell,ashaka,zenith and first bank have already found their positions on my watchlist till the end of the year.remember to add your entry prices.
