To consolidate its current strategic expansion drive and as part of our growing vision, Dangote Cement Plc is seeking to recruit seasonal candidates for the following vacant positions in its sales and marketing Team



Position: Credit Management Officer (Refs No: DCPSA 007)

Responsibilities:

Establish policies and procedure for credit application management processes for key account within the organisation.
Responsible for the entire credit granting process and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses.


Person Specification:

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business/Administration or a related discipline
Minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience
In-depth understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations and legislations relating to the cement manufacturing industry
Good understanding of balance sheet analysis, credit risk, financial exposure and procedure for setting credit limits
In-depth knowledge of DCP’s product and service offerings.
Very good communication and relationship management skills
Good customer service and people management skills
Good data gathering and analytical skills


Position: Sales Admin Officer (Refs No: DCPSA 009)

Responsibilities:

Provide admin support to the sales team to ensure achievement of sales target.



Person Specification:

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience
Basic understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations and legislations relating to the cement manufacturing industry
Good knowledge of DCP’s product and service offerings
Strong administration skills – organized through and able to effectively leverage technology with attention to detail.
Very good communication skills
Good problem solving skills
Very Good communication and relationship management skills
Good customer service and people management skills
Good data gathering and analysis skills.
