Then he needs to go to the transaction details, I should click on good shipped or services rendered, can't really remember. so after that, you will log in into your paypal and go to notification or transaction details and click on " goods have been received" something like that. talking from experience

Let him go to his activities on click on the transaction history and click something like "order has been received". it happend to me too last year

after sometime, it will show in available balance
