I can't take this anymore and i wont advise anybody to make use of this company, I received a shipment on the 11-10-2015 (Delivery 6) of an item i don't need i told STMD to remove the package from my warehouse, i called over 3 times to get Delivery 6 removed from my warehouse on 12-01-2015 STMD Started charging me daily for over stay of the item in my warehouse, Later on 12-22-2015 i got another package delivered to my warehouse, STMD intentionally merged the 2 packages (Delivery 6 and Delivery 9) and started charging me for overstay on both items, i called the customer care again and told them i need the Deliveries Split-ed so i can pay for Delivery 9 alone since they have refused to remove delivery 6 from my warehouse, they customer care agent finally removed delivery 6 from my warehouse but till date i am still billed for over-stay on delivery 9... You can imagine me paying 152 usd for storage charge on an item of 800 usd. my bill keeps increasing daily and i can't take this anymore.... HOW CAN I PAY A TOTAL OF N115,000 ON AN ITEM OF N248,000 how do they expect me to sell it and make profit THIS IS MY TENTH TIME OF USING STMD TO SHIP ITEMS AND I CAN NEVER VOUCH FOR THEM... ANYBODY USING THIS COMPANY FOR BUSINESS IS DOING SO AT HIS/HER OWN RISK.. AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN STMD

you can imagine STMD and Nduka just ignored y post this is the bad customer service we are talking about, u love receiving praise and never want to hear criticisms

It is not possible that we charge you N23,000 for a laptop weighing 10lbs. For a laptop of 10lbs we charge $43.90, you can calculate this yourself right there on our home page using this link:

If you are a genuine customer and you are sure that this complaint is genuine provide us with your order number to enable us look into this.

Shop to my door charged me N31000 for an xbox one A pad and a Game and the charged me N25000 for a laptop but its still better than what chinox is doing

Ndidi just told me its will move next week monday

Dear Customers,

Aug 17th shipment is on the way to Lagos. Sadly, Aug 3rd shipment is still undergoing Customs screening. Shipment was initially scheduled for light screening but went to 100% screening on every package (over 200 customers) due to inconsistencies with customer names and some issues Customs/ TSA identified on packages. Please see list below for reasons on Aug 3rd delay.

Customers using nick names or first names without last names or last names without first names on their packages.


Using American First and Last names instead of your real names (Possible credit card fraud)




Billing name/address different from ship to name (Possible credit card fraud)


Removing laptop batteries from the laptop (Per TSA, all batteries must be attached to the laptop it came with, please advice your sellers not to remove them from the laptop, LSM will now charge $20 for each battery we have to place back in your laptop)




Cell phone batteries removed from cell phones, same reason as above.


Fake receipts or no receipts on expensive items.




Package overnight deliveries by FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS. (eg, Shipping a $60 cell phone via $100 FEDEX overnight shipment makes your package suspicious and will be turned over to customs).
This is the first time LSM is undergoing 100% screening by Customs/TSA. I’m pleading with all affected customers to exercise a little more patience for customs to do their job. There are about 5 packages left and as soon as screening is complete they will be released. Apologies for all the inconvenience this might have caused you.

Please email us a copy of your international passport if you haven’t already done so, we have to create a file for all our customers.

Chinox is Cheaper that the only advantage

I called Ndidi and he told me the shipment didnt move yesterday due to the Customs verification issue... The most annoying part of this whole deal is that Chinox hardly keeps customers updated... He doesnt pick his calls neither does he reply Mails... This is really bad

The funny part is my package from shoptomydoor moved yesterday from the same houston TX... So i really wonder why it is Chinox having this issue.

Spoke to Ndidi a couple of minutes ago, and he said that they shipped on August 3rd, said to call him by thursday for further info , i brought to his attention that new info emerged on this thread that we should forward receipt of purchase to lsm global, and he refuted it that its false, and maitained that they actually shipped august 3rd.


Chinos, once again this is a plea to you, get someone to do your PR work and handle all correspondence as at when due and continually inform people of


developments.

Some of us have been shipping with you for a year now, to some extent i can say we are familiar with your modus operandi, others are new and some are watching, waiting to make a decision to ship with you.

with unverified info floating about , it can cause unnecessary panic and loss of customers.

Please do the needful and find a way to apprise us of all Development/Changes.
