The Laroka of Wanikin - Ife , Oba Kole Ojutalayo , has said the Ooni of Ife , Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi , has forgiven the Oba of Lagos , Oba Rilwan Akiolu, who allegedly snubbed him at a public function in Lagos on Tuesday .
Oba Ojutalayo , who is also the Chairman of ‘ 40 New Dawn Oba’ in Ile Ife , said Oba Akiolu would be given a warm embrace anytime he visited the Ooni in his palace .
Speaking in an interview with our correspondent in Osogbo on Friday, Ojutalayo said the Ooni was interested in the success of his unity project than any battle of supremacy, adding that Ogunwusi would not stop respecting Akiolu in spite of the incident .
He said , “ There has been so much said about what happened between Oba Akiolu and our father , the Ooni of Ife . We must look at it from the standpoint of the Ooni , who is holding in his hand the mantle of peace and in word and deed , he remains a man of peace . I am sure in his heart , he has already forgiven Oba Akiolu.
“ This is another history and it is always in the making, but there is nothing sweeter than having peace and at the end of the day , when the Oba of Lagos comes to Ife , it will be with warm embrace from the magnanimous heart of the Ooni . ”
Asked if he was aware of any quarrel between the two monarchs before the incident , Ojutalayo said he was not aware of any issue between the two monarchs . He added that the Ooni would not even make such an issue public if there was any.
The monarch noted that Oba Akiolu was like a big brother to Oba Ogunwusi before he ascended the throne .
Ojutalayo advised monarchs to refrain from acts that could show them in a bad light, especially in public .

There are millions of Biafrans all over the world who are possessed by the sacred spirit of Biafra. Biafra is a spirit, and whenever you're possessed by it, you automatically become a new person. If you're lucky to get possessed by the sacred spirit of Biafra, you will see yourself walking in a supernatural wisdom and understanding beyond human comprehension.
Whoever that is possessed by the spirit of Biafra loves and always speaks the truth, even at the point of death. When we say Biafra is a spirit, we are not mincing words. Biafra is a sacred spirit of truth, whose origin is traceable to the Holy Spirit of Chukwuokikeabiama, the supreme creator heavens, earth.
It was early on April 25, 2015, when I came back from work, feeling extremely tired. I dropped my bag and lied down on the bed. It wasn't up to a minute when my elder brother rushed into the house with a bag, opened it and brought out a mini-sized brand new shortwave/fm radio. He switched it on and tuned it to one station that had a man whose thundering voice, caught my attention. Though I was surprised to see my brother buy an FM radio for the very first time, because ever since I was born, that was the first time I saw him touch a radio.
The hardship and sufferings we are passing through in Nigeria made us concentrate more on how to earn a living rather than wasting time, listening to radio broadcast all day, coupled with the abundant lies and state sponsored propaganda being spread on daily basis on various Nigeria radio stations.
However, this very particular voice that is talking from my brother's new radio is extraordinary. The voice which is none other than that of the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu was talking about religion, precisely the worship and doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church. He lectured versatile on it, pointing out figuratively that the Roman Catholic Church are the number one idol worshippers on earth, of which he anchored his proof on the biblical commandment which states that;
“You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.
"You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me"
I wasn't comfortable with his teaching, but I found myself listening to him because he has facts and proofs beyond my reasonable doubts as he furthered his teaching on Biafra.
He forced me into doing an intensive research, as I am extremely anxious and thirsty to knowing the truth. Although I found some jaw-dropping facts, yet I wasn't convinced, because I was addicted to Christian religion and hence never accept or take it lightly with anyone who criticises or makes silly statements about it. This nurtured my quest to further my research on finding the truth for myself.
Nevertheless, I found myself listening to him more and more on a daily basis, as I will always rush back to the house after work to listen to the almighty Radio Biafra, because the anchor is always on point, with clean facts and figures beyond my reasonable doubts. I found something quite astonishing about Nnamdi Kanu, which made me tag him a man with an exceptional intelligence.
His teachings was what I have never heard before on earth, but I got more attracted and even addicted to his teachings because most of the things he says about Biafra are the stories my uncle who was a Biafran Soldier by name late Col. Emmanuel Umoke, used to tell us when he was alive.
Whatever he says, I always find out to be true after thorough researches, and this made my love for him grow beyond control. I began to get soaked with his teachings and messages. Most times, I never wanted him to stop the programme because I never wanted to stop hearing the truth. Though the message of Biafra has already been registered in me my mind, through the tales of my uncle, a top ranking Biafran veteran, which most times leaves me in tears and sometimes proud of the heroes who sacrificed it all to ensure that Biafrans are not completely exterminated from the surface of the earth, as they gallantly fought the Britain and other world powers without any external support from the international communities who resolved to wipe out the innocent people Biafra.
That was how I got possessed by the spirit of truth, the sacred spirit of Biafra, through the massages of prophet Nnamdi Kanu. I will forever remain grateful to Chukwuabiama for giving us prophet Nnamdi Kanu.
In fact, I will not mind giving Nnamdi Kanu the honour of being the greatest African emancipator alive, because he made me discover my true identity and the need to make Africa great again.
By his teachings I now tell the truth even at the point of death; by his teachings, I now love my neighbour even more than I love myself, I now make love a life I live, because love is the greatest commandment, hence God is love.
Today, I am overwhelmed by the spirit of Biafra, even if it entails laying down my very own life for the freedom of Biafra to be achieved; that will be my greatest joy and achievement, because with the freedom of Biafra, the lost glory of God to mankind will be restored upon the face of the earth and Africa shall be liberated from the shackles of darkness and mental slavery.
More so, the greatness of Africa lies in the freedom of Biafra. By the freedom of Biafra, my next generation will not suffer and pass through this hell I and millions of Biafrans are experiencing in the hands of evil "British-Nigeria".
Before I drop my pen, it's worthy to note that whoever that's possessed by the spirit of Biafra lives and thinks Biafra, hence places the freedom of Biafra first before every other thing in life.
