Can anyone please list the step by step process of getting a new appointment date after visa denial/refusal? I can’t even do anything on my cgi portal currently , the links are not clickable and no menu option to start a new appointment.

Ps I changed my school, i20, sevis transfer done and new ds160 after getting a surge date lol

Be strong and keep a good faith work on the reasons of your visa delay you’re going to get it, pay a new MRV fee and apply in abuja you should get a closer date
