The Red Devils gave supporters the chance to help create this year’s shirt.

Fans were asked to log onto Adidas’ Football Creator Studio and upload designs, 100 of which were then shortlisted based on the number of votes received.

The winner was then chosen by a panel of ex-Manchester United players, with the design by Aniello Carotenuto coming out on top.

The light grey shirt features a silhouette of the ‘Holy Trinity’ statue which stands outside Old Trafford.

And the club have published photos of stars like Paul Pogba, Romelu Lukaku and Ander Herrera modelling the new jersey.

However, the reaction from fans to the design hasn’t exactly been brilliant.

Twitter user @_Ericccccc wrote: “Please don’t ever let fans make another design.”

And @j_davies2801 echoed his thoughts, replying to Manchester United’s tweet about the kit: “Delete before anybody sees it.”

Wizkid, Nigerian singer, Mr Eazi says he has turned down numerous record deal offers going into millions of dollars because he is with Starboy.

He also went ahead to Acknowledge Wizkid as the best in the industry, adding that the only two artistes you’ll most likely hear on radio in the UK is himself and Wizkid.

Here’s what he said in a recent radio interview;

‘Between the first Ghana Music Awards where Wizkid announced me till now, I’ve gotten record deal offers going into millions of dollars,’.

He continued, ‘I’ve not signed because I see that there’s growth (with Starboy Worldwide), so the evidences are clear.’

‘What Wizkid is doing right now, there’s nobody in the game doing what he’s doing.

‘If you go into the UK and put on the radio, the only two artistes you’ll most likely hear on radio are myself and Wizkid.

‘If you put on the TV, you would see myself and Wizkid on it. And the next R2Bees project, you will see it there.

Wizzy and Drizzy has been a great musical relationship for fans. Three great songs have been the fruits and highlight of the collaboration.

Wizkid and Drake made our 2016 come alive in Nigeria, and at some point, our 2017 too. It was one of those magical music stories that (sadly) didn’t become personal.

As true music fans, many would have wanted the fusion of Wizkid and Drake to become a bromance. Some sort of personal and musical partnership and friendship that would stand the test of time. Many would have prayed that just as Chris Brown, Tinie Tempah, Skepta, Ty Dolla Sign, and Justine Skye have all become extended members of the Starboy family, Drake would have come closer than he did. (I couldn’t resist that pun).

But the relationship was never personal. It was created by chance, destined by fate, and bound by money. Never about feelings.

billboardLet’s go to the start of their relationship. Drake and Wizkid’s romance didn’t start from any physical meeting. Drake was introduced to Ójuelegba’ by a mutual friend of Wizkid – Grime rapper Skepta – who got Drake to remix it. All of that process was made official and managed via emails. There was no meeting.

While Drake was working on his “Views” album in 2016, and needed a little something extra. His A&R team reached out to South African producer, DJ Maphorisa, via email. According to a story he shared with Genius, everything was done via email, with files sent across both parties.

“I was recording Wiz when they sent [the files],” Maphorisa said, referring to Wizkid’s background vocals on the song. “There was nothing really there. We started working on it—I added some production.”

Maphorisa said they finished “One Dance” in only a week—it’s one of four tracks they recorded. But they never met. Everything was via email.

The Supreme Court, on Monday affirmed Godwin Obaseki as the governor of Edo State.

The apex court gave the ruling while dismissing the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate in the last governorship poll in the state, Ize-Iyamu challenging the election of Obaseki for lacking in merit.

A 50-year-old man (Basori Lal) whose height is that of a healthy five-year-old is currently the toast of villagers and visitors to their tiny Indian village.

As a toddler, there was nothing to distinguish Basori Lal from his peers, and it was only around age five that his family started to notice that he had stopped growing.

However, because they were poor, his family could not seek medical attention to at least know what was wrong with him, and to also see if the situation could be treated.

As reported by MailOnline, Basori was never given a medical diagnosis, and to this day, his relatives have no idea what caused him to be so short.

His 55-year-old elder brother, Gopi Lal, said: “Nobody was able to take him to a doctor. We are poor people, I am a labourer. Where would I take him?”

As Basori grew older, he encountered some tough times and experienced some bullying in his village, but thankfully, those days are past.

He said: “People used to bully me a lot. They used to call me an alien. But that time is gone now. I am the only one who is being loved by the villagers.”

Now, at the age of 50, Basori lives with his brother Gopi and Gopi’s wife, Satia.

The 50-year-old works in a factory with his relatives, and says he enjoys a glass of whiskey every night before bed. He has never married and says he doesn’t want to.
