How come that document emanated from the Circuit court but we know this matter ended with the District Court of Judge Nancy?

Circuit court? This matter was handled by the Magistrate and District courts. The transcript of the oral deposition is there, you can go and read it. The Registrar was physically present and spoke by himself for all to hear.

From the court proceedings in the USA, the registrar of CSU stated that Bola A Tinubu never collected his diploma or certificate. The Tinubu in Aso Rock told Nigerians that the military ransacked his house and carted away his certificates but how could the military have taken away a certificate that he never collected?

The registrar of CSU also stated that there has never been a request for replacement of certificate by Bola A Tinubu. He also clearly stated their procedure for obtaining replacement certificates which Tinubu never followed. Why did Tinubu not simply apply to CSU to give him his certificate or diploma? Who authorised him to create a certificate and use the signature of Elnora Daniel?

Mmesoma, the girl that forged her Jamb results also graduated from secondary school and sat for the exam. She was sanctioned for this.

Tinubu is a Nigerian and knows the Nigerian laws and constitution. The Supreme Court has also clearly defined forgery and there are precedents and celebrated cases.

Bola Tinubu claimed to have graduated from a secondary school in 1970 whereas the same secondary school was founded in 1974.

Tinubu also submitted an NYSC certificate with name Adekunle. Bola Tinubu has different dates of birth on different documents. The discrepancies with this man are just too many and enough for the Supreme Court to disqualify him.

There's no reason why Tinubu should continue as president even on moral grounds. If he were a white man, he would have resigned by now. Issues like this should never be associated with the highest office in the country.
