Remember that Tinubu, while trying to block Atiku from having access to his records, later agreed at some point that the documents should be released but that his GENDER should not be revealed. The reason is because he knew that he used the transcript of a lady to get that admission. This is why he didn't want his gender revealed.

You said CSU did not state that 3rd parties can print on their behalf after claiming to have read 155 pages yet the guy shows you exactly where that claim was made. To add to it, the registar even makes the distinction that in the 70s he believes they started requests and printed it themselves, to indicate 3rd parties were not involved then and their is a a distinction between the practice now and before. So what are you educating us on?? The way you guys churn out the offsite narrative it's like anyone can just go to the offsite location and ask for a certificate to be printed for him and it will be done. Who does that? No university anywhere on the planet does that. If that were the case then I could as well approach the offsite location and ask them to print a certificate for me and they will just print. That is madness and that is not how it works.

The intrinsic matter here is that it is the school that will get the offsite location to print a replacement certtificate AFTER receiving a request from the student. Now the same school have said that they have NEVER received any replacement request from Tinubu. The only request they received was the Subpoena at the behest of Enahoro Ebah.

If the school is not aware of Tinubu's replacement request then how did he get the certificate printed? Who printed it for him without him completing the request form of the school? The simple conclusion is that he decided to create one, or print one, or forge one by himself.

Amy printing of certificate done without the knowledge or consent of the school is forgery. Simple.

The honourable thing for Tinubu to do now is to apologise to Nigerians and resign.

When he stated that allowing the CSU to release his academic records would cause him irreparable harm, he knew what he was saying. He knows that he is a fraudulent and dishonest man. Sadly for him, the irreparable harm has been done.

He knew that he deceived the CSU into granting him admission by claiming to have graduated in 1970 from a secondary school that was nonexistent at that time. He knew that he forged the GCE results he submitted to the CSU because they must been fake since the secondary school was not in existence.

Now Olanipekun is asking the Supreme Court not to admit the CSU deposition not because the forgery allegations are false, but based on technicalities.

We cannot continue to build a country on legal technicalities. Nigeria must move forward.

The Supreme Court should rise up and remove that illegitimate INEC president from Aso Rock. Whether the Supreme does the right thing or not, the fact is that his presidency is morally damaged beyond redemption.

You are deliberately misinterpreting this section of the deposition. The school is simply saying that they don't do the printing in the school. This means that they will engage an offsite location to print.

The bottom line is that the school MUST be in the picture for any diploma to be printed. It is the school that will engage the offsite location to print AFTER receiving a request from the student and doing checks.

This is contrary to the narrative that anyone can just engage a third party agent to print certificates for them irrespective of whether the university is aware or not. No university anywhere in this world allows that. Printing can only be done after authorisation from the University so in essence, whether printing is done onsite or offsite, the school MUST be aware of the printing.

The supreme court is not where you go to start arguing nonsense. It is an appellant court and you must go there with all facts.

Festus Keyamo has given Atiku a head start nd Atiku in all his wisdom should know what to do.

This is very crucial and not all these noise making by Dele momodu or Atiku.

I expect Atiku to have already asked CSU to give him the list of all the authorized third party vendor and also to have contacted all of them to deny issuing it and that will put Tinubu in a tight corner.

If the Supreme court accepts the evidence and Atiku flops this time again the he should just resign to his fate and I expect David Hudeyin in all his wisdom to know this better.

Furthermore, in the advent that the supreme court does not admit the evidence or rule in Tinubu's favour, they should still go ahead with the Criminal investigation and prosecution of Tinubu by making CSU revoke his degree as well as South West college cos he clearly forged the documents he used to gain admission into Darley college thereby rendering his degree at CSU non and void.

The CSU never endorsed any third party vendors to print their certificates. They even described them as online forgery sites that some folks patronise. Go and verify.

The CSU clearly stated their process for replacements and confirmed that Tinubu has never picked up any certificate from them or applied for any replacement.

Even if third party vendors print certificates, they can only do so after authorisation from the school and the school stated under oath that they did not get any such requests for Tinubu.

A vendor cannot just open shop and begin to print certificates for anyone that comes knocking Do you know what that means?
