What I know is that the depositions never used the words; forgery, fake, fraud and other incriminating verbs that would have been injurious to the certificate that Tinubu submitted to INEC. They have even helped Tinubu by admitting that outside vendors are allowed to make their certificate. What matters to them is their transcripts.

Please read my post again and come back. Even the outside vendors will verify from the school before replacement but the school did not see any replacement request for Bola Tinubu.

The Registrar does not have to use the word FORGE, he disowned the document with INEC and that is sufficient

It is true that diplomas can be replaced using outside vendors in the USA but the vendors must first verify from the school before issuing replacement. Replacement cannot be done without the consent of the school

From the deposition done, the CSU registrar clearly stated that the school did not receive any replacement request from Bola Tinubu. The registrar also clearly stated that the diploma with INEC was not issued by them.

How then did Tinubu get the certificate he gave to INEC that was signed by Elnora Daniel?

The only logical conclusion is FORGERY. There is no other way to interpret this.

We are grateful to Atiku for not only educating himself about how American education works, but also inadvertently educating many Nigerians about certing aspect of American education.

For instance, I never knew the American education and American employment, relied only on the School's transcript and not the certificate, hence why it is issued to the graduating student immediately. The UK also issue academic transcript immediately after graduation.

In Nigeria, some graduates have never had need of their Academic transcript, so do not even know what it looks like.

I requested for my Nigerian transcript many years after graduation, when I wanted to pursue a UK education. However my UK transcript was sent to me together with my certificate immediately upon graduation.

In Nigeria, the School would even tell you that your transcript can never be issued directly to you, but to any other 3rd party organisation (employer or school, accreditor (like WES), or foreign government) which you have allowed to receive the transcript.

I have my Nigerian transcript only because I got it off the 3rd party organisations that received it upon my request to the school.

What is even most educative is that replacement certificates in the US can be obtained from 3rd party vendors, upon confirming with the school the academic status of the applicant.

Not only did Atiku enlighten himself and many ignorant Nigerians, he also enlightened his American lawyers who could have better advised him on some of his enquiries about Tinubu's academic documents.

My guess is that they did advise him, but a doubting Thomas is always in need of seeing things by himself.

I decided to create this thread to correct the deception of that Monkey called reno omokri.

From the deposition, the Bola A. Tinubu never picked up his certificate. Also, the CSU official stated that he never requested for any replacement. Even if third party vendors help with replacements, can reno answer these questions:

1. How can you ask a vendor to replace a certificate that you never picked?

2. Are the vendors allowed to forge signatures like that of Elnora Daniel?

So Tinubu has a social security number meaning he had American citizenship but lied under oath on this?
