pls everyone, i am the luckiest, my story start like this, i got my visa approved on the 12th of jan which was my appointment date and it was a day before the deadline on my i-20, now i managed to get to the us feb 10 but my visa was issue 18th of january,

the big problem now is i want to defer my course till may which means i will fall out of status, so i can work illegally cos i have a cousin that can give me his pali to work, abeg i dey open here, now that i am here, can u tell me what do do in terms of re-instatement, my school is a community college in texas and cheap tho i just need advice help. since i am already here, i want to study but i came from a very poor family,

I HAVE BEEN GRANTED MY STUDENT VISA ON THURSDAY 12TH AND THE FUNIEST THING IS THE DEADLINE DATE ON MY I-20 IS 13TH WHICH IS FRIDAY, AND MY SCHOOL TOLD ME THAT I WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL APRIL BEFORE COMING COS I CAN NO LONGER BE ENROLLED BUT I NEED ADVICE,COS I HAVE GOTTEN MY TICKET TO LEAVE FRIDAY AND I NEED TO KNOW IF I WILL BE ALLOWED IN WHEN I GET TO US AT THE PORT OF ENTRY, ALSO DO I NEED TO HAVE MONEY WITH ME, I GOT PLACES TO STAY THO.

PLEASE EVERYONE,I DONT HAVE THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT NOR MY MUMS BUT I HAVE SOME FAMILY MEMBERS WILLING TO HELP ME PROVIDE THEIR ACCOUNT BUT WE ARE NOT BEARING THE SAME NAME.WHAT CAN I DO.

If a student is relying on money held by your parents(s) or legal guardian, you must show that you are related to your parent(s) or legal guardian. You must provide:

your birth certificate showing the names of your parent(s); or
*
your certificate of adoption showing names of both parent(s) or legal guardian; or
*
a court document naming your legal guardian.

You must provide the original legal document or a notarised copy.

You must also show that your parent(s) or legal guardian have given their permission for you to use this money. To do this, you must provide a letter from your parent(s) or legal guardian confirming:

your relationship with your parent(s) or legal guardian; and
*
their permission for you to use their funds to study in the UK.

this is what i am going for because,my sister's husband is willing to sponsor me and he has a company which he is willing to tender his company's account and write letter showing our relationship and permission for me to use a specific amount from his account also his lawyer is going to tender a court document showing that he his my legal guardian,

I NEED ADVICE ON THIS,WILL THIS WORK AS THIS IS THE BEST FOR ME

I HAVE JUST GOTTEN A CONDITIONAL OFFER LETTER FROM A HIGHLY TRUSTED SCHOOL AND THE DEPOSIT OF THE SCHOOL IS 500 POUNDS,I WILL PAY THE DEPOSIT TOMORROW OR MONDAY BUT I AM CONFUSED ABT MY SUPPORTING DOCUMENT BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A SPONSOR BUT ONE OF MY COUSIN IS WILLING TO PAY THE DEPOSIT AND ACCOMODATION DEPOSIT FOR ME BUT THE AGREEMENT IS FOR ME TO WORK AND PAY THE BALANCE SINCE IT IS INSTALLMENTAL PAYMENT FOR THE TUTION FEE.BUT SOMEONE WORKING IN A BANK IS WILLING TO GIVE ME A STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT OF A COMPANY OR A PERSONAL ACCOUNT WITH HIGH BALANCE AND A BACK UP LETTER FROM THE BANK ALSO A LETTER SHOWING THE RELATIONSHIP BTW US AND HIM GIVEN ME PERMISSION TO USE A SPECIFIC AMOUNT.AND I AM GOING TO GET A COURT DOCUMENT NAMING ME AND THE PERSON AS MY LEGAL GUARDIAN FROM A LAWYER.
