We handle projects on behalf of our clients with works across photography, fashion and textiles, beauty & lifestyle, home and office décor & maintenance, telemarketing, blogging & content creation, web development & social apps, event logistics, graphics & art, video & animations, branding & printing, advertising and marketing communications to mention but a few.

At the moment we are currently looking to expand our growing professional assistant platform by recruiting the most influential, innovative and interesting people in the creative and media industries in Lagos.

We’re looking for creative skilled people who have been in business for no less than 6 months or who already have a track record of completed projects or an impressive portfolio.

• Content creation, Writing and Blogging
• Interior decorators for Home and Office
• Web Developers & Programming
• Tutoring, Training & Assignment Doer
• Wordpress & other CMS developers
• Graphics Design Work
• Printing Work
• Video Editing & Animation Work
• Clothing Design & Customisation Work
• Data entry and General Office Administration Work e.g. typing
• Event Logistics Work e.g. catering, ushering, DJ, emcees etc.
• Simple House Renovations – painting, cleaning, fixing & sprucing up a property when a house is vacated
• Plumbing Work

• Simple Carpentry such as making kitchen cabinets, shelves, etc.

The above list is not exhaustive. We do not work on weekends but you should also be available during weekends and in the evenings, for emergency call-outs only.

You Must:
• Be no older than 35 years old by the end of November 2016.
• Have at least graduated high school
• Have solid communication skills

At the moment, we have an immediate need for 40 Social Media Specialists with proven social media experience!

The ideal social media specialist will have experience in generating, editing (including fact-checking and proofreading), publishing, and distributing daily social media content that builds meaningful connections with our clients audience on multiple platforms including but not limited to: the standard platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram and Google+) along with analytics to track performance. Your Job Responsibilities will include at least one or more of the following based solely on the flexibility of your style and skillset on various social channels.
1. Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
2. Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
3. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
4. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
5. Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
6. Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
7. Oversee design (i.e. Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
8. Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
9. Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
10. Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
11. Demonstrate ability to map out a social media marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
12. Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
13. Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
14. Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
15. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
16. Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of each of our client’s Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Qualifications and Experience
• Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media.
• Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the Company’s field.
• Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
• Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off.
• Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
• Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.
