In five years, they will build another Lagos in the East & reverse the migration westwards.

So it's logical to hold such view. Secondly igbos have immensely invested in lagos by way of acquisition of landed properties but go to anambra and abia states you used as comparison to know how many landed properties you can say it's owned by a yoruba person. So when you want to make comparison use logical comparison.
