FAAC is Federal Government allocation giving to states. NW has 7 states, all other regions has 6 states while only SE has 5 states. FAAC also has a direct bearing on IGR because direct PAYE from civil servants deducted from FAAC contributes highest in most states. If SE has same number of states, it’s FAAC & IGR will automatically increase significantly.

What is so difficult for people to understand here, are they plain stupid or just deliberately playing dumb just to push a stupid propaganda?!
