The courts are not for the highest bidder anytime Peter Obi wins, but once Peter Obi loses, the courts instantly becomes for the highest bidder irrespective of Obi's watery cases.

The thing is this; The Federal High court does not have jurisdiction over chieftaincy matters. The Federal court is not even supposed to entertain the case. So under the law, all orders given by that court is null and void.

Any free person (Bayero and Sanusi inclusive) can approach the courts to seek redress if they feel they have been wronged. It only beats my imagination why some of you believe;

1) Beyoro's fundamental rights has been taken away from him by the governor
2) The governor is above the courts
3) That because you and the governor do not like Bayero means he doesn't have any rights whatsoever.
4) Its up to the governor to say "Oh it's cool, U can stay".





If the courts say "Oh it's cool, U can stay", then Bayero stays. If the courts say "Oh it's not cool, U can't stay", then Bayero leaves

Bayero has every right to approach the courts if his rights has been infringed upon and no emotional blackmail from your likes will take that right away from him because it is his fundamental right. Bayero has not done anything illegally.

1) FYI, no governor can dethrone an Emir without a just cause and try to get that into your head.
