I have also lived and worked in Kaduna, Ibadan, Abuja and Lagos so I can tell you water issue is a huge problem in Enugu and it is not because they can't dig bore holes but because of the coal that is underground. Even if you find water after digging the bore Hole, the water is likely to be unusable due to contamination from coal.
