4) You claimed British made a mistake to bring Nigeria together but failed to accept it was another British mistake that brought the old south east together
5) If Nigeria is one country today, you have Nnamdi Azikiwe, Ben Nwabueze, Aguyi-Ironsi and Emeka Ojukwu to thank for that
6) Igbos can never and will never leave Nigeria as they are the biggest beneficiary of one-Nigeria

And the man that led the massacre, Murtala Mohammed, was put on the N20 note

You are Igbo so I don't expect you see the fault of a fellow Igbo. You blame everyone for the war except Ojukwu the war criminal himself just because he is Igbo. Ojukwu is 100% responsible for the killings of this people and the destruction of his region but you will blame Gowon, Awolowo, Murtala Mohammed etc except the real culprit.

The only reason Igbos went to war was because they fell out of rulership of Nigeria. Ojukwu was so selfish, greedy and power hungry that he failed to reason to every of Gowon's enteritis.

Gowon as military head of state did not need to go to Aburi to sign any accord with Ojukwu but he humbled himself and went just to keep peace. Ojukwu on the other hand had already made up his mind to go to war even before going to Aburi. Even in Aburi, Gowon was the reasonable one with smiles and friendliness while Ojukwu was very unreasonable with silly demands and he refused to be friendly with Gown in Aburi.

Even after the Aburi meeting and the accord had been signed, Ojukwu quickly rushed to Nigeria to make announcement ahead of Gowon which was not meant to be so. Gowon as the most senior and head of state was the one to make the announcement of the agreement reached. Ojukwu in his announcement, started spinning all sorts of lies that were not agreed to even before Gowon got back to Nigeria and that caused so much confusion and distrust and eventually culminated into a very silly and needless war.


Murtala Muhammed was a war hero that fought to keep Nigeria one and Igbos should be grateful to him for keeping you guys in Nigeria as you people are the biggest beneficiary of one Nigeria. Murtala Muhammed was an army officer doing his job in serving his fatherland and I don't know way you expect him to fold his arms while Biafran soldiers run amok and kill everyone in Nigeria. Murtala Muhammed defended his country and we are very very proud of him.


We know you guys like creating and believing your own lies but keep it to yourself in your region because the rest of Nigeria know the truth
