Oya within d 14 dat u want (6-6 fasting ti take over) wake up in the morning, drink one cup of water, and 2-3 hrs later eat anytin light like biscuit and tea or bread and tea or u take only pap. Den afternoon eat around 2pm and again around 8-8:30 pm. Dont eat much. And drink more water than b4.
