I once work in a printing firm. It is a very big industry with declining demands due to digital platforms.
My advice.....
You can run both your printing firm with education. Get a degree in Business related course like biz admin, econs, accounting etc then if you are in lagos...do MBA in lago business school. You are good to go! You can always employ people to manage the technical aspect while you focus on sales and delegation (CEO).

The fact that your family man didnt complain doesnt mean all is well. I am sure you are one of the them. Why attacking me? Some one ask for info about slg and I gave my honest view based on my experience with them. The fact that millions are unemployed doesnt mean they are slaves. They have to appraise their options carefully. Honestly, slg cant pay 80k based on what I saw that day.

They might say you will be paid 80k when you bring 10m but that is not how bank do. Either you make sales or not bank pay your basic salary.

It's a marketing job. I went for the interview last week. Got a message for training but I didn't go. The lady informed me that their salary is 80k. However, based on my observation, they cant pay that because their workers look unpaid.

Secondly, they is something wrong with the job. Why tagging it investment associate instead of direct sales Agent. They was a thread that they tagged the same job as relationship officer on nairaland here. I am very sure the change of name is to entice many people.

U will be paid 50k salary plus commission even during probation.

No sales experience? No problem.

Sales.
Source for deposit and open many account. U will be on probation for 3 month after which your performance will be reviewed. If it's ok, u will continue as a direct sales Agent(DSA) pending when u will write conversion test next year. U will rewrite d test another year if you fail d first one.

The interview is about your knowledge and experience in sales or passion for sales. Confidence is key.

U may be ask to chose between personal banking or business banking.

This battle is beyond the physical! mmm guiders are way too greedy. This is a payback time. However, I will advise the op to stop just for the sake of the innocent mmmers but if op continue then mmm will start all over again in few weeks.
