Hello my people, I would appreciate if I could get a contact in Alagbon for PCC. I reside in Abuja and don't want to travel to Lagos. I have been to police Zonal Hq in Abuja, but the amount the officers are asking for is on the high side. Thank you. |
customised87:My Son and I were issued our visa this morning. The only document the VO requested was a copy of my wife's visa page. Thanks a lot. |

Congratulations. Take a copy of your wife's data page/visa page and also a copy of her medical bill payment receipt together with your own documents and account statement
Thanks a lot |
Thanks for all you guys are doing here. Kindly help with this question: My wife just delivered in the US. Our son and I are planning to visit her anytime soon and the whole family intends to come back to Nigeria together. Visa interview already scheduled. Since there seems to be that understanding that documents are not really checked during the interview. (1) How do I prove that my wife is in the US with our baby? (2) In case I am requested to present docs, what would you suggest I take with me? Thanks a lot. |
Hello my people, kindly help me with this question. I will be attending a visa interview, with our little boy, to join wife in the US for her delivery. Would I be required to have a consent letter (with respect to the little boy) from my wife considering that she will not be present during the interview? Thank you. |
Thank you so much. I don't think it matters if you guys apply while she is in Nigeria or not,it doesn't make any difference where she is at the time of your application. Just tell them at interview that you guys are going to witness the birth of your baby and that your wife already has a visa. ( I'm assuming she told them at the interview that she was pregnant or that she was not pregnant at time of interview). It might also do you good to go with doctor, hospital correspondence and a photocopy of her visa page for interview . She will not be allowed to enter with you guys for the interview
|
Many thanks to those who have contributed on this forum. Inputs have been very informative. Folks, kindly educate me on this issue. My wife is planning to give birth in the US, and she is expected to leave Nigeria next month (May). She already has a US visa as she travelled twice last year. However, my son and I intend to join her in the States sometimes before or after her delivery. Question (1): Would you advise that my son and I apply for the US visa before she leaves for the US (so we can all appear together) or after she gets to the US? Question (2): Would she be required or allowed to join us during the visa interview since she is not a primary applicant? Thank you. |
Someone should please enlighten us about the roles of GENCOs as regards the operations of these power stations. To the best of my understanding, the power plants were sold to private companies under the last administration. I expect that this government would hold the GENCOs accountable as these plants are strategic national infrastructure. If the GENCOs are unable to run these plants efficiently, it wont be out of place to re-visit the sale of these important national infrastructure. |
