Thats why they preach the gospel to the congregation, so they can also be prosperous. Do you know that most of these pastors of so-called mega-churches have tasted poverty before? Now they teach people who are poor how to break out of it also. Have you not heard "The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor had the gospel preached to them." -Matthew 11:5 .. So when it comes to breaking out of poverty, you gotta hear the word and obey.
And btw, most pastors (like mine: David Ibiyeomie) attend to the needs of the congregation and even outsiders, but they don't announce it so you may not know. And also they cannot attend to the need of every poor member of their congregation, that's why they teach prosperity principles so that their congregation might be prosperous and become blessings to others also.

Bible tells us that the church is the "Christians". The Church is a body of believers who have been called out from the world by God to live as his people under the authority of Jesus Christ (Ephesians 1:22-23). We dont go to church, we are the church.


Jesus clarified further that if you want to do anything for Him, you should do it to people around you.


Even the early apostles asked members to donate things and 'gave it to people who needed"


If then you start spending church money on expansion and personal enrichment, there is a disconnect somewhere.


Trust me....the Bible's teaching is more instructive than any Church or Pastor's lifestyle. It is God's WORD! seems Christians these days respect pastors morethan God's word- The Bible.


Please read the scriptures below and open your spirit to interpretation. if you are a Christian ad you knw the bible (study to show yourself approved 2nd Timothy 2 :15 i think) you sure do deserve to know the scriptural backing for all actions related to God.

that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales (4:35)and put it at the apostles' feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need.


As can be seen above, "None was needy" amongst the early christians cos they distributed all things equally. Surely you will agree with me that what is being practiced now is different from what was being practiced in those days...

1. They know that they are beautiful and dont want to settle for any guy that approaches them so they would rather remain single. The so called 'ugly' girls may not get many suitors and realize that offers may be few and far in between so they accept more easily when being pursued as they play less games. RedEboe: Till date I have been unable to watch Psquare's Ejeajo music video from begining to end for no other reason than the fact that i find that video/song utterly disgraceful.

Most devoted/diehard Psquare fans feel the same way too, but many will not say a word; some keep on replaying Ejeajo, hoping the song will eventually grow on them...its not happening.

Psquare has released its first major flop and the inclusion of American rapper T.I will not save them this time around.

The Ejeajo song sounded below average, ordinary, nothing catchy, no rhythm and to sum it all up, totally tasteless. It seems as though the sole purpose of this song was just to feature T.I and break into the American market.

I can bet my very last kobo that any American (Black) who's opportuned to watch Ejeajo video will laugh off his seat saying, "Who are these African booty scratchers trying too hard to sound like us and dance better than Usher?"
I felt the same way watching Peter Okoye putting in so much "gra gra" into his dance moves.

But on a serious note, about Nigerian artistes wanting to break into the American market; do these Nigerian artistes think that the Jay Zs, P Diddys and Dr Dre's will sit back and watch Nigerian music break into US Hip hop market? Especially in an America where music and sports are the few things black Americans can really hold on to. So they (Black American artistes) will allow some black African musician to come in and steal their domestic market share?

Nigerian music is already big in many African countries like Kenya,Zambia,Ghana and even South Africa. Do we think indigenous artistes and music promoters in these African countries are happy with Nigerians dominating their respective music scenes?

Why will Black Americans not stay proactive and stop Nigerian music from gaining foothold in their market?

Now here's the truth,someone should tell Psquare that its time to go back to the drawing board and re-invent themselves. I don't know the duo's football age but i'm guessing they are in their mid thirties. When dancing musicians start growing older or maturing, they concentrate more on the quality of their music, where more matured dance steps are incorporated. 'Matured dance steps' here simply means slow but sleeker dance moves, just like USHER in GOOD KISSER. And definitely not the 'gra gra' Peter Okoye was showcasing in Ejeajo, epecially to a lousy song.

I think it's time the Okoye twins take a break from music for some time; perhaps they can go concentrate on their respective marriages or try to mentor younger musicians with the ability to sing and dance.

After a few years, Psquare can return with a new style and sound.

For now,Psquare has lost it and i hope their closest fans and admirers tell them this truth before it's too late.

Bootybuttchic: hello everyone,ever since i knew about social networking,ever since i registered,i find it difficult to chat .....its not that i hold boring conversations o,cos at first whenever i go online e.g facebook'and meet any of my pals we chat,laugh,can talk for hours,which i always liked,....but later i began staying offline even when i could be there just viewing the names of those online,and if one person sends me message i contemplate for hours before reading it ,my heart beats atimes,and it not like its a death message oo .....i dont open mails too most times,i dont whatsapp,bbm nor nimbuzz.....even when i was using my blackberry,with all the hype of the bbm,the love people had for it,plus the contact list competition my freinds talk about,i had just eight contacts ,and i chatted withh just one person,i didnt even have my freinds on my list,just mum,and sis i had left,cos six names dissappeared without my notice ......and when some of my old freinds from highschool request my phone mumber or pin from the only freind i had left,i always told her to tell them i had no phone that it had been stolen .....we have been apart for six months now,but she still tell them i had no phone or she had to ask me ,she understood my fears ,.......even at a time i hated my phone ringimg but that has stopped now.....but my chatting with people palava hasnt stopped.....i only browse with my phone cos am inquisitive,and loves reading....part of the reasons i love NL
