I think any allowance paid is relatively directly proportional to cost of living in the state..if state A pay 10k then its most likely the cost of living is expensive.Most northern states pay far less because its super cheap over there...use lagos as a case study..cost of living,transport,accommodation etc Except of course you are posted to a rural part of the high paying states...just my humble opinion 5 Likes 1 Share |
