1.) Buyer and Seller sign and seal the SPA and exchanged the signed copies by electronic mail and send the signed copies to their respective banks. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable. 

2.) Buyer also returns signed SPA. with his Full Marine ATB format/details including Supercargo passport photo page,Inspector details and a bank draft of 20m(the bank draft won't b cleared till after d Q&Q has been done. It will b written behind d bank draft).

3.) NNPC nominates a vessel to load the cargo and captain issues an ATB inviting the s/cargo and inspector on board.

4.)Q&Q must be done in nigerian waters

5.).Seller releases all the relevant Title documents of the cargo in Buyer's name to the Buyer 

6.) Buyer pays for cargo and all beneficiaries in the SPA and all beneficiaries confirm payment. 

7.).Vessel sails to the Buyer’s destination/Port of Discharge

I have a buyer who is ready for business. We are in need of a reliable seller who can supply us the total amount of 2 million barrels of BLCO for 2 years on TTO basis at the rate of #80 gross. Do not hesitate to call me on +2348135299348 if you can deal with the procedure below.


The procedure for this transaction as indicated here under, shall be as follows in its strictest terms for the loaded vessel:
(a) Buyer and Seller sign the Sale and Purchase Contract Agreement.
(b) Buyer returns signed SPA with ATB format and supercargo details
(c) Seller’s vessel issues Marine ATB In the name of the buyer.
(d) Pregnant vessel captain invites the supercargo to come on board.
(e) Buyer independent Inspectors conduct Q&Q Test.
(f) Buyer verifies and confirms documents.
(g) Buyer pays via swift transfer for the cost of cargo and commission to agents for 2,000,000 barrels within 72-120 hrs and the vessel is reassigned to the buyer.
(h) Vessel sails to destination
