7. UPON PHYSICAL CONFIRMATION OF
THE PRODUCT, SELLER ISSUES
MARINE
NOR/ETA TO BUYER'S VESSEL AND
VESSEL LONGSIDE WITH SELLER’S
VESSEL FOR LOADING AND Q&Q TAKE
PLACE AFTER TRANSHIPMENT INTO
BUYERS VESSEL BY INSPECTOR/SUPER
CARGO WINTHIN COTONOU WATERS.
8. BUYER'S INSTRUMENT
CRISTILIZES INTO CASH
IMMEDIATELY AFTER Q&Q.
9. BUYER'S VESSEL SAIL TO
DESTINATION AFTER FULL PAYMENT

TTT procedure

1) Seller and buyer sign and seals spa with full banking details including agents/facilitators banking details and deposited in their various banks and vessel details
2)Buyer raise 5million bank draft in favour of seller and send scan copy to seller(it will be written at the back of the draft that it isn't cashable until NOR is done)
3)Pregnant vessel's captain issues NOR to buyers vessel within 48hrs
4)Buyer confirms NOR and buyer place instrument(MT 760/SBLC) before vessel sail to point on trans-shipment
5)Vessel sails to marry buyers vessel
6)Buyer confirms cargo and pays for total cargo  



TTO procedure

1) Seller and buyer sign and seals spa with full banking details including agents/facilitators banking details and deposited in their various banks
2)Buyer raise 20million bank draft in favour of seller and send scan copy to seller(it will be written at the back of the draft that it isn't cashable until Q&Q is done)
3)Seller issues ATB within 48hours through designated email addresses NOT more than 4
4)Buyer confirms ATB and give hard copy of draft to seller.
5)Seller boards buyers supercargo/inspectors
6)After Q&Q inspection,buyer place instrument(MT 760/SBLC)
7)Payment is done through wire transfer for full face value of the cargo ascertained by the Q&Q after 72hrs and commission to the nominated account of all intermediaries
All relevant documents shall be handed over to the buyer
9)Buyer re charter vessel and sail to P.O.D
