OPay is the best non come close, I have done failed transaction before on OPay and immediately it fails, they reverse the money to your account almost immediately, first bank tell me say nah after 5 working days, I no blame those incompetent fools, nah my fault, but they won’t see me again

First bank are the worse on Thursday last week I tried making my Spectranet subscription of 35k I sent it from my first bank account as a refill directly to my Spectranet and up till now I have not seen it reflect on my Spectranet account so I could run my subscription, I have been to the bank severally and those nincompoops are saying that I have to give them 5 working days to resolve it, bunch of idiots
