That's the number one thing you have to fight bro. The battle is your not anybody's! We can only advise but the deed is yours to do. Since you have been on social media or other platforms, have you made a dime from them? Now the gambling stuff needs to be tackled. You just have to put the phone 'down' for a bit......you need to be in TOTAL control!

I will try and do that,

Bro
to stop gambling is very simple

I was ones a core gambler but I currently distaste it. However, u can find the following tips practically useful. it occurred to me spontaneously.
1: Don't argue and use the word ' make u bet am' that sentence is quite tempting. but a situation whereby ur friends use it for an argument just stop the argument. even if the money to stake is #50.
2: as nijabet is the coco now, please choose the matches to watched( ie is if u are a die hard sports man) and if u want to leave for the venue, empty u pocket( don't go with money) nijabet is not on credit
3: In case u are tempted to bet (which must be) just use that money and walk down to any HUMAN BEING that is not a najibetter and dash the money and tell the person THANK U.
4: See nijabet or gambling in general as an 'odd of a million' risk. in this sense, I will start investing ur money in other business where u have ' odd of two' risks.
5: buy urself good meal and enjoy urself with money equivalent to betting
6: Finally, tell people not to gamble boldly and boldly tell them u don't gamble a game. in this law of pronouncement, nothing will drag u back.

enjoy ur victory and don't kill urself.

u can call me on 08065079608 for any advice. may God help u.

You lifted my spirits

First tell yourself the truth:

What is the habit doing for you right now?

Because unless your priorities change, the cycle will keep repeating itself

You are so valuable so reject the thought of ending it all.

Be open with your creditors. Owing money isn't the unpardonable sin.

Talk to someone your parents respect, maybe an uncle or a priest. Appeal to them for help and understanding. Don't be afraid of any harsh words they may speak.

Don't give up. This is just a chapter in your story.

How do you want the next chapter to be?

It starts with choosing new priorities...

You need to stay away from any mobile device that is internet enabled for at least 1 month. As for your school work, use library or open cafe for materials.

That's the major problem...

I can't do with out my phone a day..
