As you may know, the process for obtaining a UK visa has changed recently. Effective immediately, all students preparing to travel are being interviewed at the point of departure.

This means that it is more important that you are well prepared for this stage. Please make sure that you have all the required documents and supporting materials on hand, and be ready to answer questions about your study plans, accommodation, financial situation, and other relevant information. I need you to know that they may ask for your banking App and ask to see your financial transactions. If your answers are not satisfactory, you would not be given a fit to fly note as the case may be.

Kindly ensure your funds remain intact, your answers well polished and do not answer or give information that is not originally on your application form.

Show them you are a genuine students and do not be nervous. If you have already arrived in the UK, then, you are fine and in that case, ignore this message and pass it on to your friends yet to arrive in the UK.

Hello, Good day guys. Please I used the web ID to confirm my identity while trying to link evisa to my ukvi axx, but they sent a message saying the photo is not okay that I should login to my Ukvi Sign in to your UKVI account to confirm your identity again using the ‘UK Immigration ID Check’ app. You can provide a new photo as part of this process. And I can't confirm my identity again on the website as it's still showing confirmed.

But how long will it take for the evisa to come out, using the webid?

Since you couldn’t scan your passport’s biometric chip, using the Web ID is the alternative method. That’s fine, it doesn’t stop the process.

Good day guys please ive tried to link my evisa, but I just had to use the web ID instead of App ID because my sister iphone cannot scan the biometric ID on my passport.
But I'm yet to get my e-visa as I only got a mail saying we are LINKING e-visa to your account.
Please how long will it take for me to get the message to view my e-visa?
