With the errors and slow response from the site, it's clear that there is serious bandwidth limitation towards the server. That's why you can't successfully save draft and submit.

@PMSL & Galaxy, you have not done well and for, it's poor planning.

@Federal Civil Service Commission, you have not prepared well for this and there seem to be no way to feedback experience to you. if your partners don't have enough capacity, look for another provider.

If you have reserved your numbers via the web or the IVR (Interactive Voice Response), you are expected to get a passcode which you'll use as a proof of ownership to collect your SIM. However, if you haven't gotten yours, don't you worry as your number has surely been reserved for you and you will be contacted. Moreso you will notice that your reserved number is no longer available for another person to choose.

You don't have to do it all all over again!
