You can go ahead to choose a different hospital for yourself in the north and choose a hospital in the southwest for your daughter. It doesn't matter whether you are single to add your daughter. If you settle with your wife can add her later.

My case is very unique which I haven't got a satisfied answer from anyone or any platform yet. I believe you can assist me.
I am currently serving under the public sector (NPF precisely). recently, I was called upon that i need to update my biodata with my employer. Part of what I should provide is my NHIS ID Number and HMO. Now a three month written salary payment slip has been given to me to take to any health care provider of my choice under NHIS.
This is where I have problem, I am currently separated with my spouse which I don't know whether it could later lead to divorce but we have a daughter which is currently in her custody (that would change as soon as I am settled). I intend to enroll my daughter as a beneficiary and myself but we are in two different state very far apart (I work in the North and my daughter is in Southwest). I use single as marital status at my place of work. Please, i dont even know where to start from cos of all these complications and my employer are on my neck to update these info. Please how should i start this considering that my piority is to extend this benefit to my daughter (that's the most important concern why I have delayed choosing my HCP). Thanks in anticipation.

Ever since, i have called their center to complain, all I have always got in reply is assurances that they will work on it. My test date is June 2 and i am very disturbed right now.... I need advice on what to do or an opinion about what could be issue with my payment. Thanks

I refused to confirm (complete) my registration just few weeks ago by not paying the fee before deadline for payment. Now i am ready to re-apply and ready to choose the nearest available date for the test.
Please will I face any complications because of my first application which i didn't complete?
For the payment, which mode is the safest, online payment or by bankdraft?
please i need to know in details how to go through the two ways of payments.
