Selling things in Naija is an interesting process, as always . I am well aware of the Nigerian compulsion to "price" everything no matter how good the price offered may be, because we feel we are not getting a good deal if we haven't bargained. But it makes no sense to negotiate over the phone for an item not seen, and I'm not going to engage in that. For instance, I bought the fridge at N135,000 in December last year, and considering both that price and the current new price of this item, my offer of N75,000 is very fair indeed for a secondhand value. And I cant convince anyone of its current condition with pictures alone.

Anyone interested can come and take a look at the items anytime next week, I'm doing all my packing and boxing now, so you can see what you're "pricing". I live in one of the gated estates in Gbagada where visitors have to be identified by the residents, so you can come anytime, I will drive out and meet you.

For those who asked, I'm leaving the country, and yes I do have other items for sale, such as a big screen TV, washing machine, microwave, etc. and so forth, but since those are still in use, I can only sell them after I'm gone, and will leave them for my cousin to dispose of. I will update this thread with the new information, so anyone who comes to inspect can also make any offers for any other item they may be interested in for payment and collection next week if still interested and available.

Take out 200k and start a "kill and share cow" business. Depending on the cow size, you can be sure of 25k to 40k profit after every slaughter. which should be done at least once a week. Don’t make the same mistake that I made .
I bought a mini bus sometime ago n in less than a year was able to raise about 1. 5 million to buy a Toyota Corolla for uber.
This was a mistake I ended up regretting cos the Corolla I bought almost twice the mini bus made a weekly delivery of 35 k where as ,the min bus paid me 30 k weekly
If I had bought 2 mini buses with that money my weekly returns would have been 60k as against the 35k the Uber guy was delivering. So guy u better invest that money on a minibus n continue to multiply it until you have made enough money to acquire a Toyota Corolla while still having your minibuses running. The corolla would then just be there for convenience.
My point is if what you want is to make money... go for the mini bus.
In terms of stress ,they are both stressful .

if you've got a blender, blend Bananas, avocado, peanut butter and full cream milk, take morning and evening, works like magic. make sure you eat oats too, you can add milk and peanut butter to your oats, mix and eat.
